Junmai nigori sake from Tedorigawa 🍶. The driest nigori I've had this year 🧔. It has a classic rice flavor that is different from fruity, with a sweetness and a great aftertaste ❗Perfect for a mid-meal drink ⭐. I bought this sake by chance, not aiming for this sake, but it was one of my favorite nigori sake ✌️✌️. Thanks for the encounter 🙏🙏.

The first nigori sake of my favorite brand, Kangiku Kangiku is still sweet and juicy and irresistible 😋♪ And the first nigori is so silky and tangy on the palate, just like an adult's Calpis ❗ And I think the OCEANS99 series is my favorite Kangiku ✌️.

Every year nigori series popular sake Daimine "Yuki-Onna" inherited ❄️👩🦳. The least acidic and refined sweetness of all the nigori we drank this year☺️. The first crown was like a slightly tangy calpis soda and as the days went by, it turned sweet like a ripe peach 🍑🍑🍑. It has a rich mouthfeel like amazake but with a clean aftertaste 😋😋.

The first Ni-Utsugi is a light nigori ☺️. I asked the boss of a famous liquor store what he recommended since I like nigori and he recommended this one ❗🤲❗ It's a completely sweet nigori strain ❗🐇. It's a completely sweet nigori strain, but the sweetness isn't too much and it's refreshing and easy to drink ✌️. The umami is strong, so I think it's good on its own or during a meal 🎵🎵

Highly acidic sake made with white malted rice. The acidity is not as strong as I thought it would be, more like a sweet and sour white wine 🍷. It's low in alcohol and light on the palate, so it's easy to drink, but it's not enough on its own, so it might be good as a food wine ☺️. I'd like to try Spark next time!

It is a popular brand in my hometown☺️I happened to stop by a liquor store and bought it. The aroma has a strong muscat flavor 🍇 It is elegant and disappears quickly 😌. It has a different acidity than that of Senkou or Shinmasa, and can be enjoyed on its own. I had no idea they made such a great sake in my hometown, I'm so glad I fell in love with sake and found it ✨🥂🥂. (Bunraku Reborn, made by the same brewery, is also very tasty and has a more refreshing, grapefruit-like taste than Sairaku.)

The ultimate normal sake" along with the ultimate food sake "Hakurakusei"❗The aroma is moderate and gentle on the palate, with a hint of banana in the mouth 🍌. Personally, I prefer this to Hakurakusei ☺️. Anyway, it's the most cost-effective 🔥A bottle of No.4 is about 1100 yen! This one is also a great match as a food sake rather than on its own! It's also delicious warmed up 😋.

First time at home drinking Haneya 🍶This time I decided to go with Toku Jun Hi-iri because of the stocking problem in the fridge 😅. The mouthfeel is quite light and it goes in like water. I got the impression that the brewing water must be very clean 🙄🚰. This time I drank it by itself and it was a little unsatisfying, so I'm going to try it with some sashimi 😋. Next time I'll buy their flagship brand, Kinka.

I was curious about this, but none of my favorite liquor stores carried it, so this is the first time I've encountered it ✴️. It's been a few days since I opened it and it's so fresh and crisp... sweet and sour, with a touch of gas and a little low alcohol content, so even people who don't like sake can easily drink it ☺️. It's great on its own, but would also go well with fried food ✌️✌️.

First Snowman ❄️☃️❄️☃️☃️ We were lucky enough to secure two bottles of this seasonal nigori sake, Snowball ❗ Silky mouthfeel, not too sweet, and great acidity of Sentori ❗It's great on its own, but it pairs perfectly with fried food and strong flavored food👌👌👌👌. I'd like to buy a bottle next time if I have the chance ☺️.

I was on a trip to Osaka and happened to stop by the last remaining bottle of Collage Sake Mirai 🔥. The aroma is typical of Kurakura, melon 🍈. The aroma is typical Collage melon 🍈. I'm not sure what to think about SAKURAKU, but I thought it was really good ❗. I will drink with care 🍶🍶🍶🍶.

Amami's new sake nigori❗ Well, definitely a delicious one ☺️. The aroma is a refreshing Muscat type 🍇. The taste is gentle on the palate with a little bitterness and acidity at the end and a nice sharpness that makes you want to drink it over and over again 🎵. You can't go wrong with Amami!

I just bought my first bottle of red wine for home use. It has a melon-like fruity taste, a delicious rice flavor, a gassy feeling, and ends with a slight bitterness that makes you want to go back for more 😁⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡ lol The label is simply cool too 🔥🔥🔥.

My favorite brand of alsobe first time 🍶🎌. The aroma is less intense than Junmai's, and in the mouth it has a ricey and chocolatey feel (maybe it's just me 😁💧) that is unique to Genmai, but overall the finish is clean and smooth! But it's not lacking, it's good on its own!

It's autumn at Asamadake, which was the purpose of my trip to Nagano. I happened to discover this brand through a tweet from a follower on SNS, and I was able to tour the brewery at the right time 🙇🙇🙇. I was able to see the brewery and hear directly from the brewer about his thoughts on the sake, which made me feel very attached to this sake☺️. Of course, the taste is also outstanding ❗Because it is an autumn harvest, it has a strong body of umami, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! It is a good sake to go with food 🍶. I will drink it with care 😌I want to visit the brewery when I go to Nagano again.

This is the second bottle of Genmai in my life✌️This time I was able to buy it from the same store as last time, a small liquor store in Nagano 😌️I also bought one more type. The owner has a really warm personality and I went home with a warm feeling 🏠️I will continue to go to this store when I want to drink Genmai 🙇🙇🙇. Well, as with the last Miyamanishiki unfiltered draft, I prefer to let it sit for a bit before drinking it, because the first time you open it, the taste is straight and intense, and the alcohol is strong! If you like the freshness of the unfiltered raw, I think you should drink it earlier! After a few days, the mouthfeel becomes gentler and the rice flavor is gently fluffy and delicious ✴️. I can drink while thinking of the wonderful store, owner, and Nagano trip I was allowed to buy ☺️Cheers 🍶️That's one of the best parts of meeting on an expedition!

Finally got to drink Wind Forest ☺️. I haven't had the chance to visit both an izakaya and my favorite liquor store, so this is my first time 🤲🆕. For now, I bought Akitsuho 657 which is considered a standard sake 🍶🍶. The initial aroma was very melon-like and on the palate it was like grape juice with a gassy and slightly astringent taste ☺️. This is a dangerous type as it is quite easy to drink 😅⚠️lol After a few days, the gassiness goes away and the taste becomes milder, which is also delicious, but I personally prefer to drink it while it's fresh ❗ I've heard rumors about Kaze no Mori ❗The cost was also great ❗ I want to buy a different type next time and compare them 🎵.

Junmai sake version of Hitogochiki series which is my favorite sake rice produced in Nagano. I drank Junmai Ginjo and Summer sake version, but this is my first time 🤲. This is a junmai sake, so the aroma and sweetness are moderate, but the flavor is outstanding 😍I never get tired of drinking it ❗ Hitogochi rice is really delicious and I think it goes well with meals 🤗. Cheers ✨🍻 with a cup of sake that I bought at the brewery during my almost day trip to Nagano!
