I will take the super ace of Hiroshima and the treasured sword of the name: 🙏✨ A more luxurious spec of Junmai Daiginjo with a more medium-gravity pumping: 😋🎵 The aroma is lactic with a hint of muscat and yogurt, the taste is gorgeous and gorgeous, yet not too sweet, and the mouthfeel is clean and crisp ❗ As one would expect from a 100% Yamada-Nishiki from the Special A district 🔥. Opened my first 2 lots of Motosaka Sake Brewery's new brand KINO🍶. It was in a sake grab bag and I'm new to this brand ☺️. Overall impression is of a matured, strong-bodied, umami type ✨. It's not fruity on the palate, but has a strong rice flavor that would go well with thicker stewed dishes 😋. I want to drink it while savoring it slowly!

The brand that made me fall in love with sake, Kudokibe 🍶. And the passionate sake that we spent a lot of time and effort to make, "Forbidden Hand", was opened ❗ I can't even put it into words...what a beautiful sake 😌 and of course it's insanely delicious. It was a perfect sake with absolutely no miscellaneous flavors 🔥. I will take good care of it and drink it slowly 🙏🙏🙏.

Kagamiyama is a local sake from my hometown of Saitama and my personal sake of choice. The first thing that surprised me was that it had almost the same specs as the junmai sake (gold label) I drank the other day, but with a completely different taste 🤩🤩. While the Junmai sake was dry and had a great rice flavor, this new sake tasted like a fruit. While the Junmai sake is dry and has a great rice flavor, this new sake is juicy and fruity, like biting into a fruit 🍈🍌🍈🍌. The aroma is like melon and young bananas, and the palate finishes with a pineapple sensation like a hana-yori🍍🍍. If you like huahuang yang yang, or if you like huahuang yang but don't like that sweetness💧, I might recommend this one because it is less sweet 😁☝️. It's just delicious ❗ lol With cream cheese from the same warehouse 🧀.

Every year, the Daishinshu Sparkling 🥂 is very popular. It really is like a Japanese Champagne with a refreshing fizziness 🍾. It has a sweet aroma like pear, but the taste itself is dry and not too sweet, so you can drink it in gulps without getting tired of drinking it... lol. I think it is easy to match with any meal ☺️✨. I would like to try Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling as it is quite my favorite 😋😋.

The second bottle of LaJomon hanpukai's Sanbai Koji Sake❗ It has a clear acidity and a sharp taste in a sake with a lot of umami ❗ The lemon-like acidity and light taste are addictive 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋. Pair it with a cake filled with fruit 😋🍰🍶.

A very popular and much talked about sake! Rokunejo straight draft sake from La Jomon in Yamagata! Seriously delicious 😋😋😋! It's a great sake made with a pure #6 yeast, but it has a different taste than Niimasa✨. It has a very gentle mouthfeel and a perfect balance of umami and acidity 🔥. I️ think it's the best sake that I️ never get tired of drinking. I signed up for the hanpukai so I'm looking forward to the next year ☺️.

Kagamiyama is one of my favorite brands in my hometown Saitama and I want it to stay with me forever☺️lol The taste is very simple rice, not fruity but not harsh, just standard sake 🍶. It's not particularly good, but it's calming when you drink it 😌. It goes well with a variety of dishes, and at this time of year, it's great warmed up 🍶.

A bottle that came in a fun bag from a certain liquor store 🍶. This is my first time to drink Suminoe, but I didn't expect to start with a Daiginjo 😲⚡. It's hard to describe the taste, but I thought it was beautiful and elegant 😌. To be honest, if you ask me if it's my favorite, I personally think it's a little too subtle 💧. It's a good price if you buy it normally, and it's tasty, but I can feel the aldolated taste! It's a classic taste, so if you like it, it'll stick!

Black Dragon's 2023 zodiac label 🐰🎍㊗️ It's like the start of the New Year ❗😁 lol The taste has a grain-like aroma like an aged sake, but in the mouth it tastes more like a fresh new sake than an aged sake! The body is firm and I will drink it in a relaxed manner 🐉.

The second bottle of the New Year's New Year's sake drinking event is a Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake from the popular Bunraku Shuzo brand, which is the pride of Ageo, a very local sake brewery. The gold label is beautiful and makes you swoon 😁🥇. The taste is also gold-class gorgeous, full of gentle flavor like white grapes☺️and yet the aftertaste is crisp and refreshing❗️No complaints ‼️. Another great sake from the place where I grew up 😌. Thank you for the birth, thank you for the encounter 🙏.

I look forward to working with you this year 🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇. So my first drink will start with two of my local great sake ☺️. The first one is the very popular Hana-yoso's Gohyakumangoku Daiginjo 🌺🟢. The first one is a very popular local sake 🍍❗ but it is less sweet 🤔? I like that tropical aroma, but if you don't like sweetness, I recommend this Green Label ☺️✌️.

Limited sparkling version of Shinmasa Sake Brewery's Yonotori 🐤⚡. I happened to get it at my favorite liquor store 👊. All of the Shinmasa's are rare and hard to find, but the Spark is seasonal and limited and this is the first time I've seen it ✨. I was tempted to keep it, but the Spark had an expiration date on it, and I wanted to be sure I could taste the sapidity and umami, so I opened the bottle early ❗ This is awesome 👀❗It really is a sparkling wine 🤣🥂. It's low-alcohol, sweet and sour, and quite sizzling, so if I'm serious, I could easily finish it in a day 💧💧. No wonder why the Spark series is so popular, I'm not the type of person who can usually stock up on Shinsei to begin with, but this is definitely my favorite so far☺️♪ I sometimes find the acidity characteristic of Shinmasa to be a bit much for me, but the specs of Yonotori itself is a kijo sake with a rather solid sweetness, and the balance between the fizz and acidity is exquisite ️️. It's been 3 days since I opened the bottle and I'm still in awe of the vibrant fizziness 🙇🙇🙇. I don't know when I will be able to encounter it again, but I will drink it while it tastes as good as possible and see you again someday... 😌😌.

Daiginjo-shu 🍶✨ from Otsuka Shuzo, a small brewery in Nagano that brews Asamatake. I was in Nagano in the fall and happened to see this brewery near my friend's house, so that's why I went there. (Although they were surprised that it was early in the morning on a weekday😅laughs) The brewer told us that the quality of the Daiginjo was at the level of the exhibited sake, but that he didn't want to release it, but wanted it to be enjoyed with a meal as well as for customers to enjoy a luxurious evening drink. The taste is very gentle, with a soft aroma and sweetness that spreads and finishes nicely 😌 Yum! It's delicious ❗ This brewery uses hard water, which is rare even in Nagano, so maybe that has something to do with it, but it has a gentle strength to it! Thank you for the encounter 🙏❗I will definitely go back ❗

A little luxury sake from Senkou ☺️🍷. The aroma is more mature and the acidity is less than regular sake ✨. It's not too sweet, but it's elegant on the palate and finishes nicely, so if you're not careful, it'll be gone in no time 🤣. Great on its own! I think it really comes into its own when paired with food 👀

Purple label is one of the most popular brands among the most popular brands. Good aroma, moderate sweetness, gentle sharpness, and no bitterness ❗Anyway, it's delicious 😋. I thought this is a quality that can only be said to be as good as it should be 🔥. It's great on its own, and I have the impression it blends well with food ✨. It became my personal favorite at once 🙇🙇🙇🙇.

I finally got my wish to buy nigori from Hirotogawa ✌️! Today is the second day since I opened it and it still seems dry 🤔⁉️. Of course, I can feel the plump sweetness and umami of the rice at the back of the bottle, so it's really good, but rumor has it that if you let it sit for a week or so, the umami will increase ☺️ lol. Since I got it in a bottle, I'd like to enjoy it slowly 🍀🍀😌😌🍀.

My latest brand I'm into, Black Beef 🐃❗ This Junmai sake has a fruity aroma of Omachi-like rice on the nose, but on the palate it is crisp and quite dry with no lingering aftertaste ⚔️But the Kurogyu's ability is that it always leaves the necessary umami in the middle of the fragrance! 🔥🔥🔥. This time I had it by itself, but I think it would be excellent with a meal ☺️. Great sake from Wakayama 👌
