My favorite Kudokibe jr's stupid series 〰️💣️💥 lol The Jr series is basically sweet and tasty, but this one in particular gives me a very sweet impression☺️♪ But it ends with a slightly unpleasant bitterness at the end of drinking, so what the heck! I was drinking it and then I realized I was out of it 🤣. Kudokibe Jr is my origin after all! Thanks for all the excitement and deliciousness 👐❗

This is my second bottle of Okunokami life! Wasn't planning on buying it, but the label is so classy, I bought it just for the hell of it! LOL! Of course, the taste is also elegant, and the original aroma of rice that is unique to Junmai sake becomes fuller as the temperature is raised ☺️, but the sweetness is rather moderate, so it can be drunk easily and is suitable as a food sake ✌️.

Tonight I'm toasting with a Junmai Ginjo from Asamatake, which I bought on my bullet train to Nagano 🍶. The label is lovely and the taste is my favorite! If it's too cold, the aroma is a little less pronounced and the hardness is more noticeable. But as the temperature rises a little, the soft and fluffy sweetness of the rice spreads ☺️. The sake is made with hard water, which is rare among Nagano's sake, and the brewer's thoughts were shared with us directly at the brewery, making it even more delicious 😋. And this country marm is also delicious 🍠🍠 lol

My favorite brand Kudokibe Jr. series, my favorite sake Mirai series❗This is what got me hooked on the sake swamp 😁💦 lol. This is the first time I bought one for my home ✌️🌠The design is nice, the label reminds me of the period of arrival and the lingering taste of summer, and the taste is wonderful, with the fruitiness characteristic of the Jr. series plump in the mouth 🍶Since it is a summer sake, the sweetness is more than usual Jr. The sweetness is more subdued and crisp than the regular Jr series, making it easy to drink if you're not careful. It's been a few days since I started drinking it, and there is only a little left in the bottle. I'm a little sad because I like it so much, but I hope I can buy it again next year 🤗.

Recently, Kagamiyama Junmai Ginjo from my hometown in Saitama ✨. Full of rice flavor and thick in body! It also has an impression of being somewhat like an aged sake 😲🙌! I think it would be delicious paired with a dark stew or almonds 😋🍶.

The second bottle of Sentori Classic series, Yumachi. I really like this one 😍🍶. It is served in a wine glass and has a melon aroma, a moderate lactic acidity, and a good balance of acidity in the mouth, making it easy to drink! The umami of the omachi is also moderately robust! I'm going to buy a bottle of this next time and make it my daily sake 🎵.

Sentori Classic Series Yamadanishiki Mukashi 🍶. The classic series is a little less acidic and more focused on umami! Still, the use of a good balance of acidity is as expected of Sentori 🤗. The body of Mukunin is strong and satisfying despite its low alcohol content 🔥.

It has a different fruity taste than ginjo-shu. It has a citrusy 🍊 taste at the beginning, but the rice flavor and the 18% alcohol content of Junmai sake is very heavy, but I like it 🤗. I think it is better to drink it with sashimi than by itself 🐟️🍶.

I received this 🙏🍶. This is a brand I've never had before, but it seems to be a sake introduced in Mishinbo? I've never had this brand before. It is more fruity and easier to drink than the so called "light and dry". The person who gave it to me said it was light sweet! I want to match it with fatty sashimi ☺️I will drink it with care 🙇🙇.

The 4th bottle of Kangiku drinking comparison 🍶. The last one is Blue Sapphire 💎 which is made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku. As the name suggests, it's rich in flavor, sweet with a refreshing umami, and has a great sharpness! The! Junmai Daiginjo! I can see why it's so popular ☺️️. I can see why it's so popular ✌️.

Third bottle of Kangiku drinking comparison 🍶. Fusakogane 50, my personal favorite type 😋. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity (though not too much) and umami. It's a versatile type that can be enjoyed on its own or with food🍀.

The second bottle of Kangiku drinking comparison, So no Mai 50🍶. It is the most refreshing of the four, but it can be drunk quickly during a meal without disturbing the meal, so I don't get tired of drinking it the most ☺️. I think I pour it the most times.

My favorite brand, Kangiku drinking comparison 🍶. Koshihikari 90 ☺️I was most interested in this one out of the 4 brands according to the previous information. The sweetness of the rice comes in a rush, followed by the acidity, so it's not too harsh! It's good to drink by itself, but not so much while eating 😅. Ah! I'll try it over cooked Koshihikari rice since it's Koshihikari rice... ←⚡🍚⚡🍚🍚🍚.

The second bottle of home only 14yo ✌️ I had an unexpected opportunity to buy it ❗ Compared to Honmaru, this one is more refreshing and has more rice flavor 😋(Honmaru is Honjozo and this one is Junmai, so that's not surprising 😅grin) But I'm still addicted to Jyushidai because it's so smooth and clean ☺️. I will drink it with care 🍶.

Comparison of 3 bottles of Shinsei at home 🍶. The third bottle was Ecru. It was the first time to open this bottle, but it gave me the calmest impression. It might be my favorite. It had plenty of rice flavor and the crispness of the new Masa made it easy to drink 😁! I've never had Shinsei Green Label or Representative No.6, so I'd like to try them someday ☺️.

Comparison of 3 bottles of Shinsei at home 🍶. The second bottle, Viridian, was opened for the first time, but the acidity was more subdued than Lapis and it had a slightly young leafy feeling 🌿(Maybe it was my imagination based on the color of the label. I'm not sure if it's my imagination from the color of the label or not.) I personally had the impression that it would go best with a meal out of the three ☺️.

Comparison of 3 bottles of Shinsei at home 🍶. The first bottle is Lapis. I had the impression that the acidity was quite strong when I opened it, but this time the acidity was calmed down and it was quite well-balanced and had perfect umami ✌️I liked it better than the freshly opened one ☺️. I can't buy LAPIS anymore, so I will drink it carefully 😌.
