A bottle of hanpukai! Your first Morishima, but this is there flagship model!
The rice is my favorite Omachi! And the label is so stylish 😎 lol = absolutely delicious! LOL!
When you actually drink it, it is very gentle on the palate, and the umami of Omachi and the natural sweetness of the rice soak through, but above all, it has a great sharpness, so you don't feel tired at all while drinking!
This is a cup of the best of the best.
It has a great sharpness, but there is almost no alu feeling in it!
It's just what people are looking for right now!
Thank you for the encounter 🙏🙏.
When I was on a trip to Toyama, I first drank Manjusen at the market in the early morning!
We bought the light nigori version as a souvenir❗
I prefer Manjusen itself because it is rather classically fruity, and this light nigori is a bit like melon melon melon melon melon🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈🍈 lol!
It's not a fully ripe melon, but rather a slightly younger green flesh melon.
It is different from the current trend of apple and pear feeling honey-sweet and juicy, and is quite light and refreshing, with a strong alu feeling at the end ✊✊.
It's rather similar to Sharaku's fire-aged junmai 🤔.
It's delicious!
I bought this Nagi from Kangiku last year when I was into Sake ❗❗
Personally, I like Kangiku's OCEAN99 series a lot, and Nagi is my favorite sake rice OMACHI 🤣❗❗
This year's was also quite good quality and extremely delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
You can really gobble it up like a juice 😋😋😋.
Kangiku is really easy to recommend to sake beginners, and all of them are delicious ❗❗
It's also great that it's still relatively easy to buy 🙏🍶🙏🙏🍶.
This bottle was recommended to me by a liquor store when I was in Toyama!
I told him I like sparkling wine and he recommended this one!
The label is quite harsh, but it has a sweet aroma full of pear and juicy fruit aroma in the mouth 🍐😋😋.
I like drinks that have a gap 😁❗LOL!
but unfortunately none of the fizziness 💧.
I didn't ship this sake and brought it home myself so maybe that wasn't a good thing 😅💦.
Still, I quite liked it!
Thanks to the liquor store in Toyama 🙏✨
I received this sake from someone at work.
It's a very mellow and delicious sake, just like Yamagata's local sake ✨☺️
The subtle fruity aroma makes it gentle on the palate and tastes great on its own!
If you want to try it as a food sake, I'd like to try it with Yamagata's local dish, imoni (stewed potatoes) 🍲🍶.
A blend of three sake breweries from La Jomon, which is now being heavily promoted 🍶.
It has a somewhat matured flavor and the blended sake has a complex taste 🤔💡.
I drank it cold at first, but when I heated it up, the original flavor of the sake came out and it tasted more coherent ❗.
I'd rather pair this with simmered dishes or fish than on its own with a darker flavor: ☺️
It's been a few years since I've had a good one. The first royal fruity sake I've had in several years!
When I was a college student and not really into sake, I still remember how impressed I was when the waiter at the izakaya told me this was delicious! I still remember how impressed I was when the waitress at the izakaya told me it was delicious!
The taste is really fruity and easy to drink, and I want to gobble it up with a glass of wine just to remember it. ☺️☺️
This time it's a sake from a third brewing, wooden vat, Yamadanishiki 2022❗.
My impression is that it's not so different from the second brew, but this one is even better ‼️ lol
Is it the unique flavor of the wooden vat brewing? It has a more complex taste, and I couldn't help but say, "Ah! Yum! I shouted at home: 💣️ lol
The raw sake was drier and more like a pre-dinner drink than a mid-dinner drink.
The Kiokke has more sweetness, so I think it's more like
I thought it was more like before meal -> after meal 😁✨. I thought 😁✨
The first sake of the year!
As usual, the quality of the sake is unique! From the pear-like aroma, it is sweet and sour and easy to drink 😋.
It is delicious as an aperitif on its own, and like a white wine, goes well with fish, grilled dishes, and fried food ❗
I like Sanchi even more than last year, not only in taste, but also in the way of thinking about the future! This year, I will follow it to the end ❗❗
Hitogokochi, my favorite junmai ginjo from Shinshu Kamerei: ☺️❗
Last year I could drink only the hi-ire sake, so this year was my first time to try the unfiltered raw 🤩!
It's fresh and juicy like a fresh sake, with a bit of bitterness and alciness at the end!
I'm sure every Kamerei is delicious!
But I personally prefer the hi-ire version 😅💦.
As the name implies, it is a bit more tomboyish than the hi-ire version, which is a bit more gentle and sharp ⚡⚡⚡ lol.
It might be interesting to let it settle down a bit 🤔
It's been a long time since I've updated my sakéwa 🙇💦.
No.6 for the first time in my life is an X-type direct path🔥🔥 at home.
I was surprised and impressed by the refined quality of the sake, as I usually drink Shinsei, mostly Colors ✨.
Same refinement of sake quality as the last Kudoki-Ute no Hite I had, but a completely different taste!
If the Forbidden Hand was the ultimate in umami, the No. 6DP was like drinking clean water, and the sharpness of the acidity was wonderful.
Thank you for this precious experience 🙏🍶.
The sweetness of the rice spreads gently over a clean drinking experience. ☺️
It is a beautiful sake with no hint of impurities, probably because it is a luxurious Nakagumi. 🍸️
This is the first time for me to drink Mansaku no Hana, but I think the taste of this Nakagumi is similar to that of Shinshu Kamerei: 🐢🐢
It is delicious on its own, but it can also be used in a variety of other food wines 🔥.
