It's autumn at Asamadake, which was the purpose of my trip to Nagano.
I happened to discover this brand through a tweet from a follower on SNS, and I was able to tour the brewery at the right time 🙇🙇🙇.
I was able to see the brewery and hear directly from the brewer about his thoughts on the sake, which made me feel very attached to this sake☺️.
Of course, the taste is also outstanding ❗Because it is an autumn harvest, it has a strong body of umami, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! It is a good sake to go with food 🍶.
I will drink it with care 😌I want to visit the brewery when I go to Nagano again.
