I had this sake when I had a meal on a business trip to Matsuyama. It is only available at a small number of restaurants in Ehime, and was created in cooperation with restaurants based on the concept of sake that goes well with Ehime's ingredients. The sake had a restrained and elegant aroma, and was smooth and easy to drink despite its firmness. It went well with sea bream sashimi and other dishes.

I understand that Kitashizuku is a derivative of Omachi. It has a gorgeous aroma, a slightly effervescent taste, and an impressive refreshing acidity. You can drink the sake alone without getting bored. It was a taste of delicate perfection.
★
It has a strong ginjo aroma and a smooth, easy-going mouthfeel. It has a strong flavor, but it is not heavy and has a nice sharpness. We enjoyed it very much.
★Taste the wine!
A seasonal product of Toyobai. It was fermented while playing the song "Tsugaru no Urara" by Shinya Tama from Aomori. It was a dry sake with a spring-like appearance.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a fizzy and refreshing mouthfeel, and a good balance of sweetness and acidity. The low alcohol content made it go down quickly.
★
I drank it with curiosity because of the label, which did not look like a rice wine. The aroma was fresh and the sweetness was full of rice flavor. It is sold in limited quantities.
★ "Tenshu" is a Japanese rice wine.
Subdued aroma and restrained sweetness. It is well-balanced with a hint of sourness and bitterness. It is a summer sake that you can drink without getting tired of it.
★★★★
It is a GARAXY that has been launched as a once-a-year limited brew, and is brewed with Kame-no-o. The mix of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite. It is not light, but solid and delicious.
★
Refreshing aroma and slight effervescence. Sourness.
The acidity is pleasant to the taste. I had the impression that the acidity would become a little stronger after the next day.
It has almost no aroma and an amberish color. It was my first time to try this brand, and although it was recommended to be served at room temperature, I served it at about 12°C. It had a complex flavor. It had a complex flavor, so the next day I tried heating it up to lukewarm, which rounded it out and made it seem as if it came right into the bottle.
