Hiyoroshi sake brewed with Miyamanishiki. It is a sake that combines the fruity and acidity typical of Murasakiu. The sweetness is also assertive, although it is not so subtle.
Akada was delicious last year as well. The specs are undisclosed at 13 degrees, and it is hard to believe that it is low alcohol. As an abe sake, it is dry and has a restrained sweetness.
The aroma is restrained and the taste is rich, yet crisp and elegant. It has a concentrated impression of umami, making it a very drinkable sake.
★All the ingredients are in the same bottle.
I bought this sake because it was a limited edition sake from Toyo Bijin and the liquor store strongly recommended it. The aroma is clean and fresh on the palate, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the mellowness and crispness belies the low alcohol content of 14 degrees.

Purchased at a convenience store on a business trip to Sapporo. To be honest, I did not expect it to be as good as I thought it would be. The aroma is restrained and the flavor is robust. It was a nice and refreshing drink.
I was very pleased with the taste.
Koshihikari 90% polished rice. It is full of the fruity taste that is typical of Kangiku, without being cloying at all. The sweetness and umami can be tasted and enjoyed.
★ "Koshihikari" is a Japanese word meaning "sweet and delicious.
It is said to be the first place winner of the Kura Master President's Award. I had never heard of this brand, but the owner of the liquor store recommended it to me and I bought it. It has a gorgeous aroma and an elegant, thick texture. It is not light, but has a good umami flavor and I felt it was well balanced.

The main purpose of my business trip to Chiba was to obtain my favorite Kangiku, which is distributed only in Chiba. It is a refreshing sake with a lightness typical of Kangiku. It had a strong acidity and a calm taste.
The cork popped the moment the clasp was removed. The aroma is restrained and the taste is soft and complex. The value of pesticide-free, fertilizer-free, yeast-free sake is beyond comprehension, but it was delicious.

The aroma was subdued, but the flavor was umami with a refreshing taste typical of Hachisen. The rice used was prefectural rice that took 12 years to grow, and it was a memorable bottle.
