We checked in for the first time in Fukuoka Prefecture, which is the No.1 prefecture we want to visit now. Kyushu has a strong image of shochu (distilled spirit), so we expected it to be strong, but we were surprised... it's sweet! It's fruity and delicious. Rice polishing ratio 55 Alc 15%.

I've been checking in to Nagano Prefecture more and more lately. The "Shinshu Kameari Junmai Sake" we drank the other day is refreshing and perfect for sipping. On the other hand, this one has a gorgeous aroma and is very fruity, so I think it's better to drink it by itself. All of Nagano prefecture is delicious. They are all great sakes. If you find one, you'll want to buy it immediately, and it's got the perfect autumn label! What is "Hyakushoku"? When I looked it up, I found out that it comes from the fact that it was originally named "Aokei Sake 140" when "Kagamemori" was made. After that, in 2002, it was certified as the best rice for sake brewing in Aomori Prefecture, and was named "Kagamemori". ...Sounds like a racehorse, doesn't it? The 50th bottle is... Shinshu Kameari, a famous sake from Nagano that I've had my eye on for a long time! It has a faintly refreshing aroma, and although it is sweet on the palate, the bitterness comes right at the end. It's sweet on the palate, but the bitterness comes through at the end. It's somewhat similar to Akatake's Junmai. It's not too fruity, so it's a perfect sake for a meal. I found this sake from Kanagawa when I went to Odawara. Although the night of the fifteenth moon has passed, the label which reminds us of the moon viewing is perfect for the long autumn night. The aroma is subdued, and the taste is soft and sweet, with a hint of bitterness at the end. I think it would be even better with a meal than by itself. It would be great with fish! My first Hokkaido check-in! It has a full-blown pear-like fruity aroma with sweetness and almost no sourness. It's great with a meal, but I'd rather enjoy it on its own. It's really good. The summer sake season is over and we are finally entering the autumn sake season... The first Hiyaoroshi is "Akatake Junmai Hiyaoroshi". It has a fruity and mellow aroma with a light aftertaste. But it has the perfect balance to make you feel like you are drinking sake. I know that everyone has their own taste in sake, but is there anyone who doesn't like this?
