KUROHIGE
The 50th bottle is... Shinshu Kameari, a famous sake from Nagano that I've had my eye on for a long time!
It has a faintly refreshing aroma, and although it is sweet on the palate, the bitterness comes right at the end. It's sweet on the palate, but the bitterness comes through at the end. It's somewhat similar to Akatake's Junmai.
It's not too fruity, so it's a perfect sake for a meal.
