KUROHIGE
I found this sake from Kanagawa when I went to Odawara.
Although the night of the fifteenth moon has passed, the label which reminds us of the moon viewing is perfect for the long autumn night.
The aroma is subdued, and the taste is soft and sweet, with a hint of bitterness at the end.
I think it would be even better with a meal than by itself. It would be great with fish!
