A gift from the wife. It's sweet but not fruity...is this what you call banana-like? It's not the type of sake I usually buy, but it's good like this too. Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku from Ishikawa Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60%. alc 17 degrees

This sake is designed to be drunk with ice. Aroma -> A hint of some kind of citrus? Aroma of sake. Taste→Sweet but moderate, strong It's fun to see the concentration change as the ice melts, and it looks cool too, perfect for a hot day! It would be great to drink it outside when camping or something. Rice polishing ratio 60%. alc 17〜18 degrees

If I find it, I'll definitely pick up a bottle of Hanayo. I had the impression that it was a synonym for fruity, but... is it because it's directly drawn? Is it because it's Miyamanishiki? I think it's the most sake I've ever had! The color is slightly yellow, the aroma is a steady pineapple, the mouthfeel is mellow and the taste is sweet... but the aftertaste is rather bitter. The taste is sweet but the aftertaste is rather bitter. Raw rice: 100% Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 48%. alc 16 degrees

Teshimaya Shuzo, Yamori's summer sake When you taste it, you can feel the dustiness of raw sake. The aroma is like a fresh ramune. The sweetness is strong. At the end, there is a bitter taste that makes you feel sake. It is very delicious. Raw rice: 100% Hatan Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture Polishing ratio 55%. alc 16 degrees

《Joshihito Kuheiji》 I want to try it. But it's in a price range where I'm a little hesitant... Huh? This is a bit cheap! That's why I made my debut. The aroma is grapefruit? It's citrusy. The mouthfeel is piquant. The taste is light and clear with sourness. Bitterness is only slightly felt. In conclusion, I like it. Rice : 100% Yamada Nishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo Rice polishing ratio : Not disclosed alc 15 degrees

Yamagata Prefecture has many famous brands. We chose Kudokidoshi's Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai, which is famous for its fruity sake, as our debut bottle. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity itself. The mouthfeel is mellow with no horniness. The sweetness is fully felt, but it finishes with a clean and moderate bitterness. It's so good! This is probably my favorite sake level. Rice: 100% Sakemira Rice polishing ratio 50%. Yeast used: Ogawa No.10 Sake meter +1.0 Acidity 1.2 alc 17% or more but less than 18

I bought this because I saw information that it was similar to Hanayo-Yoku. This is... indeed, just like the image of Hanayo-Yoku! It has a pineapple scent and a fruity, sweet taste. It's a favorite of mine, so I'm sure it will be empty soon. Rice polishing ratio 48 Alcohol content 16 degrees

The manager of the liquor store told me, "You just need to be careful when opening the bottle, but the taste is outstandingly delicious," so I repeatedly opened and closed the bottle several times, and thanks to him, I was able to open it without any spills. The aroma is pineapple, the taste is sweet, the sparkling aftertaste is clean, and the strength is low, so it's just like an adult cider. It's perfect for the coming season. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Haneoya's Junmai Ginjo summer version. Summer sake is refreshing, light, and delicious. Of course, Haneya's stable fruity taste is still there. Toyama's sake is a perfect match for fish dishes. Rice polishing ratio 60%.

I gave this local sake to my mother who is from Mie Prefecture. I got to try a bit, and it's fruity and very tasty! It smells like pineapple, I think. I'm going to buy some for myself next time. Rice polishing ratio 55 Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki from Mie

I didn't even know that there was a warning to open the bottle, so I opened it unprotected and it easily flew to the ceiling. The aroma is subdued and the taste of the rice is strong, giving the impression that you are drinking sake. It seems to go well with richly flavored meals. The label is stylish, but it's not a fragrant fruity sake... Rice polishing ratio 60%. Rice used: 100% Hachitanishiki

I went to Toshima-ya Sake Brewery in Higashimurayama city, Tokyo. After tasting about 4 brands that are only available at the brewery, I chose this one. It's raw sake, so it has the freshness, the gorgeous aroma of Ginjo, and the gentle sweetness. There were also a lot of tasty snacks on sale, so if you're in the area, be sure to stop by. We recommend it.

I got a bottle of this from my boss, who was not very nice to me, instead of saying "good job". It is fruity, but the aroma is not strong. It's delicious. Hokuriku's sake has a kind of gentle feeling. Raw material rice: Ishikawa-mon 100%.

I always wanted to drink this Hououmida. Both the name and the jacket look divine. The important thing is the taste... it's so good! It's very fruity, but you can still feel that you're drinking sake. The aroma is like a pear. It's a popular brand, and I'm impressed. This may be the best sake I've ever had. This is the third bottle of sake from Toyama. It is fruity and the aroma is muscat-like. It's delicious. I had an image that sake made from Aizan was expensive, but this is a special junmai sake, so it's very reasonably priced. I wonder if there's a place nearby that sells it.

This is the Junmai Daiginjo version of Haneya, which became my favorite after drinking it in Toyama. It's a pong, fresh sake, gorgeous aroma, fruity, and easy to drink. This was my debut Junmai Daiginjo, but it was a great Daiginjo! It had a beautiful taste. It's hard to find a place that sells it near me.

Since I came to Toyama Prefecture for the first time in my life, I'm going to have some of Toyama's famous sake. It's delicious. It's sweet and has a gorgeous aroma. I like it very much. When I looked it up, I heard that Shimura Ken used to drink this brand. I'll look for it as soon as I get back to my hometown. And a tin drinking cup too.

It is a sake for eating. It has a light, dry taste with an impression similar to that of Drunken Whale Special Junmai. You can feel the sweetness of the rice in your mouth, but the aroma is not that strong. It's easy to pair with this kind of sake. It is very refreshing.
