My first Hokkaido check-in!
It has a full-blown pear-like fruity aroma with sweetness and almost no sourness. It's great with a meal, but I'd rather enjoy it on its own. It's really good.
But I think the most charming point is the loose white bear.
Rice: 100% Kitashizuku from Hokkaido
Polishing ratio 55%.
