Yokobue Yubing Tsubiri
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu!
I couldn't read the kanji, but it is said to be the chirping of a Japanese bush warbler. My wife could read this kanji and I thought she was a genius. 💦.
More than that, I was surprised at how good the sake tasted. ‼️
It tastes so good.
The moment you put it in your mouth, it is fruity like a grape! It's a very refreshing sake. The umami flavor lingers in the mouth afterwards, leaving a lingering, shwashy feeling in the back of the mouth.
I almost exclaimed, "What a well-balanced umakuchi sake!" I almost exclaimed.
Please try it if you have a chance.
