This is my first brewery 🍶. Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 50%. The unfamiliar words on the label, "ripened sake," seem to mean a combination of freshly squeezed and matured sake. When the bottle is opened, it is fresh and vibrant, and one begins to drink with high expectations. The mouthfeel was sweet with a bitter aftertaste, and it was more like a special junmai. Very tasty 😋.

Summer Sake of the Holy 🍶. Full of gaseous sensation when you open the bottle, it is very exciting 🕺. 100% Gunma rice is used, Polishing ratio: 35% for koji rice / 60% for kake rice It is easy to drink with a gaseous, sweet taste and a hint of sourness. Very tasty 🥰.

Machida Shuzo's summer pure light nigori. We enjoy it every year. 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture is used, Polishing ratio 55%. Just by opening the bottle, it is already delicious 😆. It has a gaseous taste and is very tasty 😋.

Sono Kangiku's Ocean 99 series. Made from 100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture, Polishing ratio 55 Nice sound when opening the bottle 🍾. It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Kangiku, but this one tasted great 😋 and it was a quick one 🥰.
