I happened to find it on the shelf at a liquor store I frequent, so I bought it without hesitation.
It is made from 100% Banshu Aizan and has a milling ratio of 50%.
Very tasty.
Eiko Fuji's third summer sake.
Made with 100% Manamusume and 50% polished rice.
Even though it is a summer sake and has 16.7 degrees Celsius, its sweet taste makes you feel the alcohol content is not so high. It is very tasty.
This sake was sold last fall, but I didn't hesitate to buy it when I saw it at a discount price at the supermarket.
It is a limited-quantity sake from the brewery.
It is made from 100% Dewanosato, with a rice polishing ratio of 38%.
It is sweet and juicy, with a strong rice flavor. Delicious.
I want to remember to drink it in season this year.
Pink label that I had missed out on.
Miyamanishiki 74% / Hoshiakari 26%, Polishing ratio 55%.
It has a sake-like taste when drunk on its own. As the label says, the sweetness and sharpness stand out when drunk as a mid-meal drink. Delicious.
