Aroma and mouthfeel more coconutty than fruity. It also has a sharpness.
The drinkability and lingering mouthfeel is the same impression as Zaa Zaa Zaa. It is also very tasty😋.

Good naming sense, label design and concept all.
The former toji of Kameizumi Shuzo is the president of the brewery, and although it is still a newly established brewery, the sake shop I patronized had an article on their website that was featured in the Kochi Shimbun, and their promotion was unparalleled.
I thought this was a great idea, so I took home three bottles of Junmai Daiginjo together with Karara Karara and Goh Goh Goh Goh 🥰.
The first bottle was a bottle of Zaa Zaa Zaa that was sold earlier.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and is the type of sake that is fruity and easy to sip on. This is soooo good😍.

I couldn't make it to the brewery opening, or actually, the reservation deadline had passed😭.
So since that day when I saw the Hachisen Tower, I wanted to at least drink the commemorative sake.
Before I went on summer vacation, I looked at my favorite liquor store and to my surprise, there was a line 😳I changed my plans and bought it immediately 🥰.
I was told that this was the first sake brewed using an unnamed rice before it was registered as a variety, but it was fruity and came in very quickly. I was honestly surprised to find that it is the same Hakusen as usual 😆 If I had to say, it might be close to the red label.
This is wonderfully delicious 😋.
