I can't tell you how many times I have been to the liquor store since the announcement of its release 😅. I opened a bottle for my mother-in-law's birthday and Christmas. It is made from 100% Yamadanishiki and the rice polishing ratio is unknown. I didn't really notice the aroma, but it has a gentle taste. Very tasty. I'll have to go buy some Nakadori and Sesto!

After drinking the 1st Mikumari, I visited about 4 shops to get the 2nd one. The brand of sake rice is unknown, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%. The "shuwashuwa" is still there, or rather, it seems to have become stronger. Anyway, it is delicious.

The sixth and last nigori sake in the Maruhi series. 96% Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture and 4% Akita Sake Komachi are used, Polishing ratio 60%. It has a grapefruit-like taste. It is still refreshing and delicious.

The ogara-mi of Eikoufuji was opened. 100% Miyamanishiki is used, The rice polishing ratio is 60%. The nigorigo (a bitterness) is also to my liking. It has not only sweetness but also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

The third and last of Sentori's Zero type. It is made from 80% Omachi and 20% Yamadanishiki. Although it is not shwashy, it is sweet and has a good acidity. Very tasty. After all, SENKYO must have acidity.

The second type of Sentori Zero was opened. It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki. The mouthfeel was surprisingly different from the classic we drank earlier. It is light on the palate and sinks in quickly. It is also very delicious. I heard that there is a modern version up to the third type, so I am looking forward to more in the future 😊.
