Your first Hyogo Sake 🍶.
100% Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, Banshu Special A district,
Shin Gin 55% polished rice
It was my first time to drink "Shin Gin". I looked it up and found out that it is made with flat polished rice, which is a difficult thing to understand. It has a sweet, mellow mouthfeel and the crispness of Yamadanishiki. Delicious.
I enjoyed drinking it last year, so this is a repeat sake. ☺️

It has a great effervescence, like a bit of nigori in a champagne. It's so delicious 😋.
And I also enjoyed the mizoreshu. It has a nice crunchy texture, also very tasty 😋.
Good evening, T.KISO 😀
It's delicious, my wife drank a lot of it in our house 😅.
We just drank it, but I want to drink one or two more bottles by the end of this season 😋.

Ohroku! I haven't had it since we had it at Sandesi, but I see it at a liquor store I frequent as well 😅I like dry sake, so I'll get it next time I go there!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
It always sits in place in the fridge at the liquor store, but I was nervous when it came time to buy it 😅.
I asked the clerk which one was not too massive before I bought it.
By the way, I was told that they are all spicy, so I'm sure J&N would like them 😆.
Senkou's Risshun Morning Pressing🍶.
This year, I made a reservation and bought it.
This may be the effect of Sake-no-wa, as in previous years I was only lightly inclined to buy it if it was on sale.

Despite its smooth taste, it is quite dry with an alcohol content of 19 degrees. I couldn't finish it, so I had half of it warmed up. It was delicious.
