It is sweet and juicy, with a slight aftertaste that is refreshing and sweet. It's insanely delicious😋.
Junmai Ginjo from Sairai.

Sairai's sake is always fresh and consistently tasty. It is like drinking freshly pressed sake even in summer. Very delicious 😋.

It is only found in Shizuoka, so you may or may not be able to see it, but this time I was able to get it safely 😀.

It has a sweet taste and goes down smoothly. Delicious and reasonably priced 😋.

We started with Sandeshi. It has a ginjo feel, but because it is draft, it has a sweetness that makes it easy to drink. Delicious.
Mr. Morishima's Omachi.
100% Omachi is used,

The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink. It has a gentle sweetness and is easy to drink. Very tasty 😋.

On the way home, I met my wife for a drink 🍶.
Eiko Fuji no Hoshimatsuri, which I haven't had yet this year.
100% Manamusume from Miyagi Prefecture,
Polishing ratio 50%.
It is sweet and juicy, but also has a nice sharpness because it is a daiginjo. The fried horse mackerel and maggot, which the owner caught, are also very tasty 😋.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃.
Thank you for everything 😊
It's been a hot day, but I'm hot every day, I'm frustrated at work, then I'll go? →I'll go... 😅 That's usually my pattern 😅.
Your first Shiga sake 🍶.
Made with 100% Shiga-grown Ginbukiyuki,
Polishing ratio 60
This is the first time I have tasted this sake.
It is a special pure rice, so it is easy to drink, but it has a slightly mellow aroma and a ginjo-like mouthfeel, and is a light, dry sake.
Summer nigori.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60
It has a sweet taste and is very smooth. It goes well with soda in hot summer. I prefer to drink it myself, but there are more and more summer sakes like this lately. Delicious 😋.
First Tottori Sake
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60%.
I had seen the Konaki Jijijiji label, but this is the first summer sake I've had.
It has a sweet and slightly sour taste on the palate with a nice smooth finish. Delicious 😋.
Hello Matchi 😃😃
Congratulations to Chiyomusubi on your first Tottori sake ㊗️🎉I have an image that Tottori sake🍶 is mainly dry, but this one looks like an easy to drink summer sake😙.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Sorry for the late comment 🙇.
I too had an image of it being dry, but I was surprised when I tried it and was pleasantly surprised 😋 I shouldn't have weird preconceptions 😅.
It is made from 100% Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture.
Aizan from Hyogo Prefecture is used 100%,
Polishing ratio 50%.
I was going to take a rest today, but I was tired from work and drank. It's a good taste and comfortable. It is still delicious 😋.
Good evening, Mr. Matchi!
I know 💦I know it's a rest day, but you still need to drink a glass of wine after a hard day's work 🎵.
I'm sure you'll be very happy with the way it looks.
It was a good refreshment for you 🤗.
Good morning, ma-ki-!
I love Collage, no matter what you drink 😋.
I know in my head that it's important to rest my liver, but I refresh it every day. It's not good😅.
A sweet and tasty sake once in a while.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio unknown
It's a cherry sake, but it's a cherry sake. Sweet and delicious and easy to drink. It was a bottle that went by in a flash 😋.
This is my first purple sky 3.0 🍶.
I bought it because of the Ginga Railroad label.
Made with 100% Ginga Ginga from Iwate Prefecture,
Polishing ratio 50%.
It was created through a Kurafan project, and everything from the sake rice to the production method and label were selected by voting.
It has a hint of sweetness and acidity, with a bitter finish of Daiginjo. It was a coherent and delicious sake. ☺️
Yamai.

Soft, clean, and easy to drink.
It is brewed with well water, and as they say, it was an easy to drink sake. ☺️
This sake also has 15% alcohol content, but Fukushima sake is still delicious 😋.
Natsusei by Popular Ichi, purchased together with the fresh one we drank earlier.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60%.
The alcohol content is 16%, but there is no sign of it on the palate. It has a sweetness that makes it dangerous to drink too much, contrary to its mouthfeel. I can drink it 😅I forgot it's still Monday 😋.
Good evening, Matchy 😃.
Beautiful label and the most popular one ‼️
I've never had a bottle of Popularity One 🥲 but I'm curious about the one that makes me forget about Monday 😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😀
I picked it up too because of the beautiful and cool label. It's an escape from reality since Monday 😅.
It's a 16% junmai ginjo, so even though it's a sweet drink, it has a decent spiciness to it. If you see it, please try it ☺️
I've had it a few times for drinks outside, but this was the first time I brought it to my house: 🕊️
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60
It has a refreshing taste with a moderate acidity typical of summer sake. It is delicious.
