Akabu is delicious no matter what you drink, but the muddy sake is also delicious. It is easy to drink and the slight bitterness goes well with rice and you can drink more and more.
Hinohi is one of my favorite sake. When very cold, Nichinichi is very easy to drink and goes down smoothly. As the temperature rises, the aroma and flavor gradually come out, and the goodness of Nichinichi comes out even more. It's a good day to enjoy Nichinichi.
I was curious about Kudokutei. It is easy to drink with the freshness of nama-shu and the robust flavor of junmai-daiginjo. It is a bottle that is very useful both during and outside of the meal.
The sense of accomplishment of having drunk it, and the fruity taste is one of the best things about it.
The picture is too many things, so I only have this one... lol...
Kido is still easy to drink 🍶 and the best value for money. It has a freshness and a strong taste. The special junmai was also delicious, so I felt that this is a brand that makes you want to drink many different kinds.
We were allowed to taste one cup of Hyakko's Betsuatsurai, which was served by the manager. It has a complex flavor that cannot be summed up in the concept of sake. It has a wine-like aroma and mouthfeel. And yet it still has a sake-like quality. If this were wine, it would be sold for a much higher price. The manager gave me the best memories.
