I was curious about this sake from Okayama. I had an image of it being dry, but it was modern and easy to drink. I drank it with horse sashimi, and it was both delicious and light enough to go down a storm. Izakaya Hana is a very tasty restaurant with good service, and I would like to go back.

Izakaya is a 5-minute walk from Marugame Station. Nearby was Ichitsuru, famous for its chicken on the bone.
Once inside, a very cheerful waitress politely guided us around, was very flirtatious, and quickly brought out the sake menu list when we asked for it lol.
Well, the first sake was Kudoki-ue no Bakuren. It was dry and best matched with the sashimi✨It's been a while since I've had a dry sake, but I feel like dry sake is better suited for food. I have not had a dry sake in a long time, but I feel that dry sake goes better with food.

Kaze no Mori sake is made with a No. 6 yeast called Shinsei yeast. The mouthfeel is like a carbonic acidic shwash and the taste is rich with a lingering aroma. I was surprised once again by this type of sensation, which is not found in other breweries.

I guess it's a 5-star sake. I have to find a word other than "delicious" to describe it, but due to my lack of education, I can only say that it is, to put it mildly, the most delicious sake I've ever tasted. Absolutely delicious at any temperature. The flavor is delicious and complements the food. Absolutely delicious with fish or meat 🍴🍶I will continue to drink more to see how it tastes.

Tobiroki together with skewers and take-ni-ni. It was the most extravagant set ever. The bamboo stew was tender and the broth was delicious, the skewers were soft, easy to eat and juicy, and the fruity flavor of the Tobiroki mingled with the fruity flavor of the Tobiroki, making it a great treat✨.

I had this sake with sashimi 🍶 I was curious to see what it tasted like since it was made with Sakura yeast. The slightly cloudy taste gives it a nice bitterness, while the Sakura yeast gives it a sweet taste. The bottle label also gave off a hanami🌸 atmosphere, making it a sake that can be enjoyed both visually and with the sense of taste♪
