Manasaku no Hana "Tsumagoi Sake" series. First Kyushu sake. At a liquor store near my office. The label says that this is the only place in Tokyo that carries it, so I bought it. As the name "super dry" suggests. When I find Hanayoji, I buy it. This is the last bottle that was left without thinking. First, Yamadanishiki. From the first sip It is filled with a gorgeous aroma that is typical of Hanayo-yoku. I like Yamahai Junmai Unfiltered Nama Genshu. When I find it, I want to drink it. First Hanagaki. It's softer on the palate than Kikuhime or Tamagawa. I'm not really interested in summer sake, but It is a special junmai-shu for cold sake, which is rare in Hioki-zakura. So I was curious and bought it. Sake degree +11 The bitterness and the astringency that is typical of Hiokizakura are pleasant. It is dry and easy to drink. Taste level ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆
