A regular home-drinker's sake that I was drinking at New Year's this year.
It has a beautiful golden color and a rich flavor that goes well with New Year's dishes.
It's not for sale, but it's sold as a regular sake, isn't it? The taste is mellow. At first I thought it was a little too fruity. But after the second glass, I didn't mind, and it was easy to drink. It seems to go well with fish dishes.
I went to Narita-san and bought it as a souvenir. I thought it was spicy for a moment! but it was only for the first moment, and after that, it was easy to drink. It is a very tasty sake.
This is delicious. At first I thought it was punchy and dry, but the more I drank, the more it mellowed out quite a bit.
I ended up drinking it with sukiyaki, and it was a good match. Does it go well with anything sukiyaki?
Today I went to a sake costing bar and a lot of things. This sake was served at a monjayaki restaurant in Tsukishima a while ago. When I drank it then, it seemed very sweet, but when I drink it normally, it's sweet but refreshing, and afterwards, it feels like a sharp taste in my stomach....
I bought this sake when I went back home for GW. The aroma is really amazing. Or rather, a bit harsh... But when I sipped it with that intention, the sake was mellow. The gap between the two? The aroma is great, but I don't like this aroma... On the cap, there is a "Brilliant" mark.
This sake is made in a brewery where Mozart is played. The aroma is quite gorgeous when drunk at room temperature, or is it a little harsh? As the name suggests, it tastes crisp. I regretted a little when I saw that it is recommended to drink it cold in a wine glass after finishing it...
Local sake bought in Kurashiki when I returned home. Mellow and sweet sake. It has a really soft texture and is delicious. It is similar to Aizu Homare, which I drank recently.
Local Kurashiki sake. It is quite dry, or rather, the alcohol content is tight, and the acidity is strong. It has a wild taste and tastes like nambanzuke. It seems to go well with vinegared food and sashimi.
