We opened this drink today 💁. It is a Toyo Bijin Jyundo Ittou Junmai Ginjo Aizan from Yamaguchi Prefecture. From the moment the bottle is opened, it has a very fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it is juicy, deliciously sweet, and you can't help but smile. Here are today's drinks 💁. Hakutsuru Fragrant Umakuchi Harazake from Hyogo Prefecture. The top aroma is alcoholic, but on the palate it is so refreshing that it is hard to believe it is 19 degrees, with a hint of banana at the back of it. Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁. It is Naraman Junmai Sake from Fukushima Prefecture. The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is light and crisp. You can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice. It is best suited as a food sake, but it is sure to go well with sweet food as well. I drank it cold today, but I think the flavor will spread even more if it is heated. This is another sake that I definitely want to keep on hand. ☺️ We pray for the souls of those who lost their lives in the Great East Japan Earthquake. Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁. It is a Junmai sake from Nagasaki prefecture called Hanegi Shibori Mansho. Brewed in a small sake brewery using the traditional method of pressing rice onions, this sake is sharp and full of flavor, and would definitely go well with Ariake sea bass sashimi. This is definitely a repeat purchase. ☺️ However, there are many sake breweries in Minami-Shimabara that excite me, such as Yoshidaya and Kubo Sake Brewery. #Mansho #Yoshidaya Sake Brewery

I bought it last year and let it sit for a while, and while the acidity and bitterness have increased slightly, the overall flavor is mellower and more banana-like. The nose is fruity, and in the mouth it is like juicy, fresh apples with a delicious aftertaste that lingers. It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 18%. It seems to be brewed with one of Morioka's three famous waters, Daijishinsui. This is a repeat ☺️ #Asakai #Asakai Co.

It's been almost 3 years since I've had a bottle of Yukiten. ☃️ It's as sweet and delicious as ever 😊It feels a little dry and light, but good things are good things 😋. Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁. It is Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Fukushima Prefecture. The top aroma is gorgeous and sweet like honey, but it is not that assertive. Once you drink it, the sweet and sour taste that fills your mouth, the umami, and the bitterness are all tightly controlled, and it has a good sharpness. It is a very well-balanced and delicious sake, and I would like to purchase it again this year. We opened today's drink 💁. It is Oh Splash PREMIUM produced by Kairindo from Shimane Prefecture. Fruity and pleasant...the aroma of ripe plums tickles your nostrils, and when you put it in your mouth, you are greeted with a sparkling, shwashy sensation. The sweet-sourness that follows makes you smile. The bitterness in the aftertaste also does a good job. Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁. It is Takao no Tengu Junmai Ginjo T-802 from Nagano Prefecture. It is made entirely from rice grown in Hachioji, and is full of rice flavor, with just the right amount of acidity, bitterness, and pungency, and tastes like a well-ripened banana, if I may use an analogy. This is definitely a repeat customer.
