Year-end party with company friends Deep drinking as usual I couldn't help but drink when they recommended NEXT5! I was allowed to drink just a little bit! First of all, Shinsei! It has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Shinmasa, but is easy to drink! I wanted to drink more 😆! The third picture is a delicious motsu-ni (pork bone) stew!

I recently visited Disneyland for the first time in my life! Maybe because it was the Christmas season and the 40th anniversary, there were huge crowds 🤣. It took an hour to get in and there were lines everywhere 😅. But the Electrical Parade was amazing✨! My son was very happy and wants to go again 🥺. Is there ever a time when there are not so many people? Now, here are the Denshikiku! The second bottle this year! Sweet and tasty with a little bitterness! Every bottle of Dianzhu Chrysanthemum is delicious.

Past drink! Shinshu Kamerei Yamadanishiki Jungin Unfinished Nama purchased in early spring! It's unfiltered, but it's still Kamerei! Not only is it not getting old, but the taste is even better! Superb balance as always! Sweet and juicy! Delicious!

Shinshu Kamerei Kinmon-Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake bought in early spring and left to mature for 6 months ✨. As a result, it turned out to be very sweet ❗️ and delicious ❗️ and juicy ‼️ 😍! It was so delicious! As long as you have Shinshu Kamerei, you don't need anything else! That's what it makes me think 😆. It was that good 😋.

I've heard that Kouei Kiku tastes better if you let it sit after opening the bottle, but I always drink it up 😆. This Ikubou was so good that I finished it on the same day 😋. It tastes like an adult pineapple juice 🍍 with just the right amount of sweetness and a sourness that is typical of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast. It's like Shinsei ✨. I wonder how good it will get if we let it sit for a while.

Friends from school days came to Shinshu Three days and two nights tour of Shinshu based on a cottage in Azumino. The second night of the party, the second one is Sogape Last year's label said "Please do not purchase if you are Obuse beginner. This is a saké that makes no sense to beginners." But this year's label no longer says that 🤔. I felt the same way last year, but after drinking it, I think it is a delicious sake that anyone can enjoy regardless of whether you are a beginner or not! It is a very tasty saké, full of sweet and sour peachy fruitiness, as if white wine and mellow sake were added and divided by 2 🥰. It may have more sweetness than last year because it has been laid down for more than half a year after purchase 😆. My friends seemed to like it too, and we finished it in no time 🥂. The night party continues: ⭐️ The 3rd and 4th pictures are the fried chicken and dumplings we had for lunch the next day at Hisashirina Shokudo! I wanted to drink beer 🍺!

The second night of the evening party is from Jishin Asahi: ‼️ I drank Asahi last year, but I had a completely different impression! It's so sweet and delicious 🥰! The 3rd and 4th pictures are from Garo, a famous restaurant in Komagane! I had the Sauce Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice)! The pork cutlet soaked in the sauce was so good! It was delicious!

I let it sit for about half a year, but it tastes better than before with more sweetness, umami and juiciness 😆. This is my 4th bottle on this day, so I may not be able to rely on it too much 🤣. The third photo is of Senjyoshiki Curl ⛰️ The autumn leaves were already done, but the magnificent view was so relaxing 😊.

The third bottle of the evening party was Shinsei Flax Cat 🐈‍⬛ Sweet and tart like a refreshing pear 🥰. My friends raved about it ✨. It went well with freshly baked pizza 🍕. One of my friends who drank too much on that day, he couldn't remember if he drank any Shinsei the next morning 😇. He didn't seem to remember. I was drinking it, my friend 🤣.

Moderate sweetness and sourness Gentle bitterness Not quite the full-blown Hanayokyu style, but overall a well-balanced and delicious saké ✨.
