Friends from school days came to Shinshu Three days and two nights tour of Shinshu based on a cottage in Azumino. The first bottle of the night party was a bottle of Denshogiku red ❗️ that I drank last year and enjoyed so much! Sweet ❗️ The rice flavor is amazing ❗️ Plus the gasiness is great ‼️🥰! This year's is also perfectly delicious✨ I have one more bottle and looking forward to opening it 😆. The third one is "Oyaji no Doraku", a famous restaurant in Toyoshina where we took our friends on the first day! The new buckwheat noodles were so fragrant and the buckwheat itself was so delicious that it didn't need any sauce 😋!

Past Drinking! Kurosawa Orikarami A blend of four different types of sake! I thought it would be sweet and tasty because it is a blend of four different kinds of sake. Soft sweetness, light spiciness and strong rice flavor. Not so much bitterness and astringency. It is a delicious sake.

Sieg Metaphysics: ❗️ Here's a drink from the past! I opened a bottle of Zikkat on an ordinary weekend 😆. Probably because I just got paid and I wanted to drink some good stuff 😁. It is light and not too sweet. Good balance of sweetness and acidity✨ I could drink this forever 😆.

Drinking past! Kangiku Monochrome was so good last year that we could drink it again this year! I was able to drink it again this year! The rich sweetness like brown sugar and the slight carbonation is pleasant 🥰. It was delicious ✨ See you next year!

Takachidai - Gold medal winning sake from the National New Sake Competition 🥇! And only 277 bottles of this limited edition sake 🙌! My friend, are you sure you want to drink this good stuff? Well, I'll drink it without reservation 😁. I've had hiragana Takachiyo before, but this is my first time drinking Kanji Takachiyo! I looked at the back of the label and saw the words "alcohol for brewing" 😳. I sipped it fearfully with anticipation and a little apprehension. ..... I'll leave the taste to your imagination: 🙇‍♂️ I'll just tell you that it had an alcoholic taste.

Siegfried! Sake party at a friend's house I brought my own sake, of course! It is fresh and fruity even though it is fire-aged! The sweetness is moderate and the bitterness comes from the bitter taste. I can only say it's delicious! Four of us drank it that day, and two of us were drinking it for the first time! Two of us drank it for the first time. It's nice to hear people say that the sake we brought is delicious!

My son, grandma and I have had the flu since the beginning of this week and my wife is confirmed today😇. My family is devastated🤣. Please take care of yourselves😊. I have to sleep, so I'll keep posting past drinks: ❗️ Kuromatsu Senjo ✨ arrived from Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. I had a night like this the other day, but it was drier than that! It's also moderately sweet! Excellent as a food sake!

Pouring it into a glass and taking a sip, the sweetness and intense flavor combined with the shuwa shuwa made for a very good taste: ‼️ This is probably the best sparkling wine I've had this year 😆. I will buy it again next year👍
