The labels are too fancy! So I picked it up. It is quite cloudy with lees. It has sourness and refreshing taste. You can taste the flavor of rice and orange juice. It's so good to have on a hot summer day! I said I couldn't drink much today because I didn't get much sleep, but... I drank it because it was somehow delicious.

I've been curious about Kikuhime. It's slightly colored and feels like it's maturing. The moment you drink it, the flavor comes thundering through! With the word "princess" in the name, I was expecting a cute look, but it's quite the opposite! At first I didn't think I could drink much. I thought I couldn't drink too much, but my hands got too long and I drank a lot. LOL! It's a habit.

It has a fresh and refreshing sweetness like a green apple. The aroma is gorgeous and delicious. It is a precious rice wine, so I must be careful and drink it carefully. It seems to be made from the rice called Furushiro Nishiki. Holy cow, I made my first smoked bacon at home today and I'm with you. The combination of smoked fish and sake was awesome!

You can feel sweet like cotton candy for a moment in your mouth, but then it quickly disappears and the flavor and acidity come in. As the description says, it is very refreshingly dry. The balance of sweetness, umami and sourness is perfect. Actually, it's $980 at the supermarket. Too costly! Be careful not to drink too much tomorrow when you think of a day off (^-^;

The gentle flavor of the rice comes in fluffy and has a hint of sweetness at the end. I don't know how to explain it, but it's mild. It's refreshing at the end without being harsh like a summer sake. And there is a tingling sensation on the tongue. It is a good combination of classical sake and modern sake. It is said to be "Ona" in the great land of Nasu. It is indeed a sake with a deep nostalgia, like a vast land. It's good - delicious!

This week has been kind of exhausting... It's finally here, this weekend! (´Oh, God!) To reward myself for my hard work this week (I haven't been particularly busy, and I've been rewarding myself every so often (I'm there...) , buy my great, great, great favorite, Akabu! It's melon-y, fruity and delicious! (^^)However, it's not too sweet, and a refreshing aroma slips through your nose in the second half. It's refreshing. Oh, the happiness.... I'll work hard for this happiness

My partner bought it for me. It looks like it's been matured for a long time in bottle storage after it's been burned. It contains the residue. The year of manufacture is 2006! While she's floundering around with college, getting a job, and starting a new life, she's maturing slowly. It's very emotional to think that I was doing that. It has a full-bodied, mellow aroma that fills the mouth. It has a rich, aged taste. However, it has a crisp finish, so it is surprisingly easy to drink. I've had a lot to drink this weekend. (^-^;

Here's another record from yesterday. It's so cloudy! It was thundering. It's not sake but rice. It's a thicker version of amazake with more rice flavor. It was a new sensation (^^)

Here's another record from yesterday's shop. Drinking it, surprise, it's just grapefruit juice! It had a refreshing sourness to it. I was told that the master brewer of this sake was a woman. It has a delicate taste that women will love. Even those who don't like sake can enjoy this sake.

We had a lot of alcohol at the restaurant yesterday, so I'm recording this before I forget. It wasn't on the menu, but we were served a Seven Senses. It was one of the drinks I've been wanting to try for a long time. I tried it and it was fruity! It has a refreshing sweetness and tartness like a muscat. It was so good! It was a gorgeous drink that you wouldn't expect from the grimy label.

Today at the store. A real vacation label. The horses are wearing sea pants and goggles. The young horse is kind of flirtatious. LOL. You'll feel the full flavor of the rice! It has just the right amount of rice flavor, sweetness, and a hint of acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing. It looks flashy, but surprisingly it's hard and well organized. The gap is nice.

I wanted to drink it when I saw Rui-san drinking it in the bar ramblings of Yoshida Rui. LOL! It has a crisp, dry taste. It's crisp, but the rice flavor and gentle sweetness spreads fluently afterwards. This really goes with the meal! I've been drinking a lot of fruity drinks lately, but... the dry ones are good too! It would be so good to drink with fresh and delicious sashimi.... I wonder if there is any good sashimi..... This is the eternal problem of the sea-less prefectural residents.

I thought the taste was sweet and melon-like, but the latter half of the drink has a refreshing sourness like citrus. It's slightly fizzy and lightly sweet. Yummy! The "59Takachiyo" series is a series of 59% rice milled to a standardized ratio of 59% depending on the type of rice. They seem to be developing a variety of things. This time it's Dewa Brilliant and it says Chapter Eight, so it's the eighth. Limited edition of 500ml, I'm sure I'll be emptying it soon (^-^;

Kawatsuru Sake Brewery's Sanuki Kuraudei. I've been wanting to try it for a while after reading your posts. I finally found one at a liquor store and bought it. It's low in alcohol and just plain yogurt! It feels like Calpis. The slight sourness and the umami of koji are irresistible. As the description said, it goes well with meat dishes because it's sour. I put ice cubes in it on the rocks and it's delicious. It's so easy to drink that you forget it's a drink. It's no longer a juice. LOL. I'll be careful not to drink too much, even though it's low Al.(^-^;

I was struck by the impact of "Please help me" and bought it. LOL! It looks like they manufactured it for export overseas but had a surplus due to the new corona. You can see on the label that they want to do something about it. This is the only way to help. It is very refreshing on the palate, with a faint sweetness of rice and a crisp dry finish. It is excellent as a food sipper. It doesn't interfere with the food. I wonder if this is the kind of drink that foreign people will like. But... it's amazing that even if you have a leftover bottle of sake, you can get it back in your hands if you work on the label! Right? I feel a passionate desire not to waste the sake I've worked so hard to create! I'll enjoy the alcohol I helped you with...(^^)

Yesterday I showed up at my favorite restaurant for the first time in a really long time. It's been four months since I've been there because of Corona. The brother of the shop served a special Murasuke. The flavor and sweetness spreads. It's really sweet. At first, it feels thick, but the aftertaste is crisp and refreshing, and it's surprisingly easy to drink. It was delicious! It seems to be made with glutinous rice. It tastes like this. Thanks to the store for introducing me to this wonderful brew! I hope you can keep up with Corona!
