My partner bought it for me. It looks like it's been matured for a long time in bottle storage after it's been burned. It contains the residue. The year of manufacture is 2006! While she's floundering around with college, getting a job, and starting a new life, she's maturing slowly. It's very emotional to think that I was doing that.
It has a full-bodied, mellow aroma that fills the mouth. It has a rich, aged taste. However, it has a crisp finish, so it is surprisingly easy to drink.
I've had a lot to drink this weekend. (^-^;
