Junmai Jikumi-nishiki (limited edition) Crowdfunding "Enjoy Japanese Sake Like a Trip" - Enjoy sake from all over the world at home! The eighth bottle of the "Tokyo Sake" is from Tokyo. I've never had a chance to try a Tokyo alcoholic beverage because I'm interested in local booze, so this project was a great opportunity for me. I did. I'm excited before I even open it 😃♫ In the mouth, the tongue was smooth, but the aftertaste was not persistent and spread the flavor of the meal in a flash. Crowdfunding "Enjoy Japanese Sake Like a Trip" - Enjoy sake from all over the world at home! The sixth one is the Yamaguchi Prefecture otters. It is a famous brand that goes without saying. It is the most famous brand in Yamaguchi prefecture; Otters are too famous for their famous sake. Otters were my favorite sake to drink more than a decade ago... but my memories of Otters are... (1) A friend of mine from Yamaguchi Prefecture told me that people in Yamaguchi don't drink Otters. There are many more good sake breweries in Yamaguchi. (2) After being told by an acquaintance from Yamaguchi Prefecture that "people in Yamaguchi don't drink Otters in Yamaguchi because there are many more good sake breweries in the region," I have somehow stopped reaching for Otters. (2) My husband, who is going on a business trip overseas, told me he wanted to make sure I bought some otters as a souvenir. I told him that there are many other delicious otters in Japan, but he replied that otters are the best choice for overseas consumption. It's not because it's a popular and high-class brand, or because it's delicious, but because it's a good souvenir. The otters were nominated by the customers, saying that this would make business talks go more smoothly (not so much now, but at the time the otters were very popular). The fact that I had to stand in line before the store opened to buy a limited number of otters once a month (due to a shortage of stock).

Tomiku Chiyo Shuzo Nabeshima Special Junmai Classic Shirakiku Nabeshima, which I've often seen on this site, was finally our first! It has a nice aroma and a good balance of acidity and flavor. Since it was boiled, the sake to go with it is "Drunken Whale". I'm always impressed that Drunken Whale is excellent as a mealtime drink. This post is a reminder. I look at your posts on the Salmonowa with my eyes as a plate, but I'm going to leave it at my favorite liquor store. A lot of alcohol that isn't there. (´´)=3 This is the only way to get to a pub in the city center! I need to taste lots of good booze, little by little! So we went to "Costed Sake Brewery". You can order 100ml each and it's the most expensive (°▽°) ♫ I wasn't able to take a picture of the bottle of liquor, but I was able to get a card for the alcohol I drank. I had a dreamy, exciting time. It was a great place to eat and drink, and the snacks were very good. I'd love to try my hand at the Jiken, Jyudai, and Shinsei that I've been longing for, since they seem to have a set date of arrival!

日本酒スクールに参加してきました☆ 「プロが教える必ず日本酒の好みが見つかる簡単講座」 今までわりと有名な酒屋さんの近くに住んでいながら、イメージや雰囲気でお酒を選びがちだったので、もう少し土台位はしっかりしておこうと体験。 ティスティングに良い酒を出してく れるとテンション上がります! 私は初級中の初級なので改めて日本酒の面白さと奥深さを体感できました。 ラベルの見方も変わりそうです。今まで漠然と見ていたラベルも、これからはじっくり読み解いて自分好みの日本酒を見つけるツールとして活躍していこうと思えました。

【春鹿 純米吟醸 封印酒】 大好きな春鹿! 見かけたらとりあえず買ってしまう(^_^;) 金色の和紙に包まれた外観にドキドキ! 中のラベルの鹿さんも貝殻風の輝きにトキメキました☆ 軽快な旨味がお上品。口当たり柔らか♫ いくらでも飲めちゃうから危険だわ〜(°▽°) 【この日のお献立】 ●三五八漬(胡瓜・茄子・人参) ●セロリのきんぴら ●ジャガイモ明太子サラダ ●イカの塩辛 ●玉ねぎ丸ごとコンソメ煮

【基峰鶴 ツルダマ】 ふと中華が食べたくなり、それに合わせる日本酒は??とネットを見てみたところ、「軽くてフレッシュなお酒や熟成されたお酒」とあったので、後半のコッテリ料理に合わせたお酒が「基峰鶴 ツルダマ 純米酒」☆(^-^) 「地元契約農家が有機農法を用い農薬を使わない自然農法で育てた山田錦を使使用しています。敢えて多く削らず、70%磨きで原料米の良さを生かすように醸されています。」とのこと。 お酒だけでも充分楽しめる米の旨みにテンション上がります♫かなり存在感ある純米酒で、油多め&たくさんの調味料を掛け合わせたコッテリ中華に圧されることなく違和感もなく融合していて、味わいがより豊かになりました♫ 基峰鶴は開けたてよりも数日寝かせた方が落ち着く印象でしたが、このツルダマは開けたても清々しく、今まで呑んだ基峰鶴の中で一番好みでした🎶 前半のアッサリ前菜には別のお酒をチョイス。そちらは別投稿にて☆ 【本日の献立】 ●ピータン豆腐 ●ワラビのナムル ●豆腐干絲の冷菜 ●グリーンピース塩バター ●青椒肉絲 ●海老チリ
