Kawatsuru Sake Brewery's Sanuki Kuraudei. I've been wanting to try it for a while after reading your posts.
I finally found one at a liquor store and bought it.
It's low in alcohol and just plain yogurt! It feels like Calpis. The slight sourness and the umami of koji are irresistible. As the description said, it goes well with meat dishes because it's sour. I put ice cubes in it on the rocks and it's delicious.
It's so easy to drink that you forget it's a drink. It's no longer a juice. LOL.
I'll be careful not to drink too much, even though it's low Al.(^-^;
