2023年春頃から上司(自称日本酒マイスター)の影響で日本酒が好きになりました。フルーティ系で甘いやつが好きです。 後味が苦味や辛みでスッキリしてるタイプも大丈夫。終始辛いのは苦手なのでしっかり見極め、のんびり全国制覇目指します。 北海道在住。上司の推し店は日本酒原価酒蔵さんです。私も出張先でついて行きましたが素晴らしい。あの店北海道に欲しいなぁ。

This is the second one I got on a recent expedition to Asahikawa. It is a bottle of Sanzen from Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki 55% was recommended. When I drank it, it tasted fruity and tropical. It is normally delicious, but the alcohol content is a little high at 17%, so you feel you are getting drunk faster. It is sweet, so it is good for an evening drink. However, it may not be suitable as a food drink. It also has a sour taste, so it is suitable for summer.

It has been a while since I visited Doi Shoten in Asahikawa. I told them what I liked and they chose this sake for me. It is Wakamusume from Yamaguchi Prefecture. I love the sweet aroma when I open the bottle. It is quite strong. When you drink it, it is sweet like green apple and easy to drink without any bitter taste. The sweetness seems to become even stronger after a few days, so you can enjoy it even after opening the bottle. It is a good sake for a small drink with dinner. As expected from Doi Shoten. The staff is very nice.

Toyo Bijin, which I have had a few times at pubs. This is the first time for me to buy it myself. I have had Yamadanishiki before, so I bought Omachi. It is delicious even when I drink it at home. It is easy to drink. I wonder if it is just me who has the illusion that the more I drink, the better it tastes. I can't get enough of this soft sweetness.

It has been a long time since I have had a drink at a sake bar, but I never expected to be treated to a rare sake. I was surprised when I looked it up later. It was a very rare sake that supports the reconstruction of Taiwan. It was easy to drink No. 6, a naturally sparkling miracle, but a glass of it was too heavy. It will be a legendary drink in my history.

I have had 657 before, so I bought 507 which is a bit more polished. It has a light aftertaste with little bitterness. It has a nice fizzy aftertaste. I bought a small bottle, but it would have been better in a 4-ounce bottle.

Hanami Romain, which I managed to buy before the Hanami Sake stock ran out. I finished off this year's spring with this to accompany yakitori. Perhaps it is because I am used to sake, but I found it tasted better after a little time than right after opening the bottle.

Low-alcohol sake. Similar to Umeshu or Kyoroshu. It is categorized as sake, but I think it is more of a kijoshu than a regular sake. I think it is better to drink it by itself rather than with a meal, like an aperitif or as if you were eating fruit.

Dark Horse, which I drank at Sake Cost Sake Brewery on the second night of my business trip. While I was drinking Tasake, Jikin, and other delicious and well-known brands, I had a white wine? Yogurt flavor? A creamy oddball. It caught me by surprise and was very tasty.
