吉報シモサ
I opened a bottle of Matsu no Tsukasa that I got at a sake meeting held on the 3rd. I was very excited to try this sake, which I would never buy by myself. At the sake meeting, it was served hot, but I decided to drink it cold for now.
Cold sake has a spicy and crisp taste. The sweetness is moderate and not sweet enough for my taste. I thought that the spiciness and the tanginess stood out, but when I tried it hot (lukewarm), the spiciness and the tanginess mellowed out and the taste changed completely.
It's delicious. It is easy to drink.
I was very satisfied to find that this kind of sake also exists.
