I drank on the first day of my business trip, but I forgot to take a picture of the bottle on the first day. I went to a sake brewery recommended by my boss for the first time, and the tension was explosive.
I was so excited that I went to the sake brewery for the first time, which was recommended by my boss.
A little late, but I bought Kido's winter sake.
Finally, I was able to start drinking sake and conquer Kido's spring, summer, fall, and winter. The final Kido was Shiboritate, and when I tried it immediately, it turned out to be very easy to drink.
When I first opened the bottle, I was able to easily go through the second cup, which I usually don't drink, and it was so fresh and tasty that I wondered if it was really Ki-do. It was so delicious that I felt it was really Kido. Anyway, it is easy to drink like water and has the least bitterness and other tastes of all the Kido I have had so far, which is great for the price!
I was like, "This is great for the price!
It had a lot of momentum, but as the day went by, the miscellaneous taste components increased, the alcoholiness became more and more noticeable, and the slightly fizzy feeling that I felt when I first opened the bottle was almost gone. I think I like the spring one the best.
I was very curious to buy it because it was a special limited edition secret series with the titles of Yamahai, No.77, White Koji, Low Alcohol, and Nigori (nigori) Sake.
When I heard the word "nigori," I thought it sounded delicious. I imagined it to be thick, but...
But this one is surprisingly refreshing.
If I had to use an analogy, I would choose this one -> [grapefruit].
It tasted like a grapefruit sour made with sake. It is definitely one of the easiest drinks I have ever had. The bitterness is well used, similar to the bitterness of fruit. The slight effervescence is nice, and the balance of sourness and sweetness is perfect. If you like grapefruit, I recommend this one.
I went to a liquor store to try some sake from the Kansai area and found a sake from Hiroshima Prefecture.
It was labeled "Kijoshu," which was a type of sake I had never tried before.
I bought it to see what it was like.
Polishing ratio 70%, yellow malted rice, 65% premium rice
Alcohol 13%, Acidity 3.4
I thought it would have a lot of miscellaneous flavors, but I could hardly taste any. It is more like a plum wine or fruit wine. The good thing is that it is not sweeter than fruit wine and less acidic than plum wine, making it quite easy to drink.
This kind of sake is also good.
I think it would probably be a good choice for those who are looking for a fruit wine with less sweetness.
This bottle was recommended to me by the first store I went to because it was a sake that won the world's No. 1 prize at a wine contest in England.
I thought...this one is not fire-aged.
I wonder if there is any difference at all between fire-aged and unfired....
I think it is easy to drink because of its 50% polished rice ratio and fruity taste, but I think the alcohol content is too strong for its 16% alcohol content. It has a green apple-like aroma, so it might be good for people who like wine.
This sake is made with rice from Nara Prefecture. With a rice polishing ratio of 65%, I thought it might have a lot of miscellaneous tastes, but it has a great fizziness, not to say it is slightly carbonated. The spiciness and bitterness are well counteracted by the sake. As time goes by, the umami and sweetness become easier to detect, so I felt it was easy to drink like a sparkling wine. I would like to try some of the sweeter ones, as there are many varieties.
It has little aroma, but is quite smooth and easy to drink.
The sweetness and umami are just right and there is not much pungency or bitterness, so I would recommend it to people who are not used to drinking sake.
I drank it at an izakaya, so I wonder if it will be a little different when the bottle is opened.
For some reason, it's been about a month since I've had sake. I definitely wanted to drink Kido from Wakayama Prefecture in the fall. Since I drank it in spring and summer, I wondered if I would be able to drink it in autumn.
Well, what can I say?
I would say it has a sharp taste.
Less aroma than spring,
less acidity than in summer.
The sharpness is still there, just as it always is.
I prefer a little more sweetness, though,
I would compare it to a bitter chocolate.
position. I feel it is not so bad to have this kind of
I think it's not so bad.
I know the basic taste,
I feel it is still delicious.
I'm looking forward to the winter season, too.
