It takes 50 minutes to walk from Matsuo station. I bought a limited sake from the brewery. I like the tag with string 😆. Sweetness that makes you feel the sugar It's like squeezing a ripe fruit with strong sweetness. It feels a little chilly in the latter half Purchased in September 2021

I think it's this one. So, I bought Origara. I forgot to write down my thoughts on it, it was emptied so quickly 😂. The chrysanthemums are very fast to disappear once opened, so be careful 😅. Purchased in October 2021

This might be my favorite Genmai so far🤔. The sweetness rides softly on the tongue. The sweetness rides on the tongue and the spiciness comes out and at the same time you can feel the flavor. Maybe it's the balance between the sweetness and the lingering astringent spiciness that I like 😋. Purchased in April 2021

Sparkling sake with 12.5% alcohol by volume. The moderate sweetness and charcoal fizziness make it refreshing and easy to drink. This one may be more to your liking than Hakuryu⁉️ Purchased in October 2021

I've had Niigata's Hakuryu before, but I've never had Fukui's Hakuryu before. It is very refreshing. You can feel the sweetness and sourness in the mouth, and then the aftertaste melts away in a short time. I think I'd like to enjoy the aftertaste a bit more😅. I like the label a lot 😆. Purchased in October 2021

The label is different because it is a limited edition of the summer sake Brocken Splash. The sourness and astringency of a squeezed grapefruit come rushing in. I also like a light twang in the aftertaste 🤤. It's so dark that it doesn't overpower the grilled meat at all, but rather insists on it! I'm curious about the Yonesong so I'll be buying a bunch of different ones🤔.

Maybe it's the peace of mind that comes with being at your favorite liquor store, but I've never been able to get my hands on this brand before. I'm glad I bought it😄. You can feel the flavor of the rice and The sweetness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter and it's a dangerous sake that will make you keep drinking it😋. I rushed to the liquor store to get a bottle of Hakuten Bi's new, unpasteurized sake. The moment I took my first sip, I couldn't help but chuckle. It has the gasiness of new sake and a perfectly balanced sweetness. All to my liking😄. After this, I bought Kurotenbi's raw and nigori, and I also added another bottle of this Hakutenbi 👏. I never buy the same sake in a row, but I couldn't resist this one😅. Purchased in October 2021

I thought it was tortoiseshell candy⁉️😳 but after a few days of drinking, my impression changed. To the soft sweetness with the corner removed. It's good cold, but I think I prefer to drink it hot, with a mild sweetness. I also like to enjoy it as it cools down from a very hot temperature 🤤. Purchased in October 2021

It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste like black grapes. It was a dangerous drink that was easy to drink💦. I want to drink it again, but I don't think I can buy it anymore. It's a shame. It's not a jagged font, but the English writing is vaguely similar to NUMBER GIRL. Purchased in October 2021

Sourness slightly strong and refreshing Is the sourness a feature🤔? After opening the bottle for a bit, the taste has increased 😆. I'm not sure what's going to happen to the citric acid version. Even more acidic⁉️ Purchased in October 2021

I thought it was only available in Hokkaido, but when I heard it was going to be sold at the Hokkaido Product Exhibition, I went to buy it. They said they are going to try to embody the Donan terroir and make it light and umami. I'm looking forward to more 😆.

Yellow Igarashi. A sweet smell. As the aroma says, the sweetness is quite strong right after you put it in your mouth. The bitterness and spiciness in the latter half of the taste is also strong. The summer Origari was definitely more to my liking. I'd like to try another color again.
