I rushed to the liquor store to get a bottle of Hakuten Bi's new, unpasteurized sake.
The moment I took my first sip, I couldn't help but chuckle.
It has the gasiness of new sake and a perfectly balanced sweetness.
All to my liking😄.
After this, I bought Kurotenbi's raw and nigori, and I also added another bottle of this Hakutenbi 👏.
I never buy the same sake in a row, but I couldn't resist this one😅.
