I bought it because of the label and the name. I don't really feel the glamour of the Kinone, and it doesn't seem to be as mellow as it should be🤔. I prefer it hot, as the sweetness comes to the fore😋. It's been over a week since I opened the bottle and I think it's starting to thicken up⁉️ Purchased in November 2021

When I heard that Tenbi's Nigori was coming out, I immediately bought it on reserve. The beautiful white label goes well with the whiteness of the nigori😄. It has a soft sweetness and a crisp finish 🤤. This one is good too! I enjoyed the way the name was changed to Yukiten. Purchased in November 2021

The wine is slightly gassy immediately after opening the bottle. There is a sense of gas. A few days after opening the bottle, it becomes mellow. It has a different impression from the White Heaven. It's fun to drink it while worrying about whether to use white or black depending on the snacks 😆. Purchased in October 2021

I bought Yamadanishiki, which was recommended by a liquor store, to try other kinds of nigori besides Hirotogawa nigori. It has a soft sourness and sweetness. There's some astringency in the second half, but it's also mellow. I think it's versatile on its own or with food🤔. Purchased in October 2021

The spiciness stands out when served cold. The sweetness is more pronounced when heated. I prefer it hot😋. The sweetness of the rice and the spiciness that soaks in. I like my wine well. I learned later that this is the same brewery as Yamahoushi Purchased in October 2021

Purchased at a sake brewery in Sawara It has a slight semedyne aroma. There is a sharp spiciness to it, but it is rather refreshing. It's also a bit spicy, but not too much. It was perfect for eating😋. Wish I'd bought it in a quart bottle. Purchased in July 2021

I like the label design. It felt kind of hard when I first opened it, so I decided to wait a bit longer. A month and a half later, the cold sake hasn't changed much😅. A little sweetness and a little spiciness in the second half with hot sake🤔. Overall light and refreshing, a bit underwhelming in my opinion. Purchased in October 2021

After buying the limited edition sake from the brewery, we walked to Matsuo station. It took me an hour due to the weight of the sake😅. Sugarcane feeling⁉️ Its fluffy sweetness is a bit unique🤔. This is delicious. I'll be back to buy more. Purchased in September 2021
