Whoa!
Compared to the Kabutomushi/Senkohana, it's less clean and slightly more subdued and sweet.
I think it's my favorite of the three 🤔.

I liked the label, so I bought it!
The sweetness of the fruit, which is gentle but firmly concentrated, spreads throughout the mouth.
It also has a nice bitterness that lingers on the palate.

This is the nigori of Hirotogawa, which has been hiding in the back of the cellar for a long time. This is my first purchase of Hirotogawa.
It's very bubbly.
I thought I was going to get a mild rice flavor and sweetness, but surprisingly, I was able to finish it quickly 🤤.
I have to buy this again this year😳.
I checked with the store where I bought this, and they said they plan to have more of this in stock this year.
I can't wait to see it!

I went to buy it right after it was released and finished it in no time because it was so good.
Immediately after you put it in your mouth, it has the usual sweet taste of Kankiku.
The second half is a little dry and tingly, so you can drink it quickly and easily.

There was also a hiyaoroshi made with the same Aizan koji, but there was also a nama-shu made in March, so I went for this one.
It has a great aroma and is gorgeous!
Just after opening the bottle, I thought it was melon-like freshness, but a few days after opening the bottle, the grapiness started to come out😳.
It has a sweetness to it, and a lingering dusty aftertaste that lingers a bit too long for my liking.

Spring deer in the fall that I chose after wondering about fall deer.
It's rich, mild, and sweet.
It's also tangy and bitter with a hint of bitterness.
