Amabuki Shuzo, Summer Color. I chose it because of the name and label, but it has an aromatic and elegant sweet aroma and a deep but sharp bitter 🍶✨ flavor, which is probably produced by the yeast of Tsukishita-bijutsu and Oshiroibana 😋.
Malmouth Yonetsuru Special Junmai Ginjo, which I was forced to drink in ANA's premium class. It has a refreshing taste with a long-lasting umami flavor. In a sense, this sake fits the image of what one would expect from sake.
It's been a while since I've had a little bit of a nightcap 🍶✨I thought it was time to open a new one, but I really wanted to have another drink this season, so I kept the Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu, which is delicious.
I think it's about time for FY2 to come out, so I'm looking forward to that too.
gishi_yama🎶Nice to meet you 🎶🙋I love Wakanami too ⤴️I haven't had FY2 yet, but it's delicious ❕I found it at the liquor store yesterday ❕I want to pick it up immediately and drink it this year🎶.
From my notes from a drink about two weeks ago. Chikugo Sake Breweries - New Sake Comparison Set, Kitaya Junmai Ginjo. A cup with an almost sweet and sour umami flavor that expands quickly and disappears softly 🍶✨.
A drink at Hanasak after a long time. Shikishima First step. The first step. The sweet flavor on the palate is a mountain of sweetness, but it ends with a crisp feeling. Delicious 🍶✨
Jyushidai🍶✨From the sweet and clean mouthfeel, a well-balanced layer of acidity, sweetness, and umami follows quickly. The fact that the balance of these rich flavors does not change on the tongue makes it taste elegant and gorgeous.
Hana-no-Dew Special Junmai from Chikugo Sake Breweries - New Sake Drinking Comparison Set. It has a subtly sweet aroma, and the flavor spreads quickly on the palate, yet it is refreshing. Easy to drink and a perfect accompaniment to a meal 🍶✨.
Last night's second drink, Uguisu in the garden. This one also has a fresh mouthfeel that goes in quickly and keeps the umami going, but after the umami rises to the top, it quietly lingers on the tongue 🍶✨I savored the umami with the iburi gakko, taking turns tasting it.
Wind Forest. The fresh umami and acidity burst into the mouth. The lingering aftertaste is very long, and you can enjoy this delicious sake with shiitake mushroom tempura 🍶✨The 80% polished rice ratio is this refreshing, but at the same time, it has a convincing umami, which is amazing.
After the study session, I had a drink while listening to the topic of the reception. Masu and Tenryo purchased at ICHIGOU in Kamata. The aroma of the Masu is pleasant, and the Tenryo is as delicious as its aroma 🍶✨.
An example of Junmai Daiginjo! The taste is so refreshing and clear that it makes you think, "This is a good drink. The salted and grilled Nodoguro (market price) is a must! That's right! A combination that will make you want to eat and drink endlessly 🐟🍶✨.
The depth of the umami that slowly follows, and the spread of this umami is almost addictive 🍶✨Take this in turns with grilled shiitake mushrooms with a little extra soy sauce, and your brain will think of nothing but happiness 😇.
Echino Keitora draft sake, Tochio fried tofu pizza, sashimi of sea bream and horse meat 🍶✨Gulp down the mouth-watering fried tofu and savor the glamour of the draft sake. Munching on the meaty sashimi, I sipped on the spiciness of the nama-zake. This is it! How could I miss it? 😋
A bottle I received. It has a complex sweet aroma, and the impact on the palate is such that you can't help but say, "Uma! It's not cloying, but it has a charm that makes you want to drink it again and again ✨.
This year again, we celebrated the graduation of our students with a sake for one, Wakanami Junmai Ginjo Shokaibashi label from the Chikugo Sake Breweries New Sake Comparison Set. I love it because it has a delicious change in taste from gentle to umami and a gradual pull 🍶✨I would like to see the actual Shokaibashi once 🌉.
By the way, I got this year's Risshun Asa Shibori in Okayama. Kabishin Risshun Asashibori. The fresh sweetness slowly spreads in your mouth 🍶😋 I even thought it would be good as a dessert. The peach imprint is also cute 🍑.
The other day I had a bottle of Mimuro Sugi Special Junmai Dry. It is crisp and dry with just the right amount of umami. It's so delicious you won't get tired of drinking it with a meal ✨.
Yonezawa Shuzo's Imanishiki Nenrin. It slips in with a clean & fresh mouthfeel, but the layers of umami that come afterwards are like a real annual ring 🍶✨I was able to meet a good sake 😋.
