With one month left this year, I opened the second bottle of #Wakanami Sake Brewery's 100th anniversary #Wakanami 73 again. I enjoy the sweet and good aroma many times before I even take a sip 😊A little strong sourness when just opened, then the layers that change from bitter to sweet 🍶✨The 101st anniversary is also the brewery I'm most excited about! 🥰

Sakura Uzumaki Junmai Daiginjo with Ehime snacks 🍶✨The clear taste of the sake is so delicious, and the snacks are a lively welcome 😋The combination with fried Zengo Aji is also good, like a heroine and a hero standing side by side on stage! I love it!

I came for the marriage of PLUS9 and sashimi, and the horse sashimi was...irresistible... 🥰The second glass of Daikoku Masamune was dry 🍶✨ with a umami taste that preceded the horse sashimi without fighting with it, giving it an unceasing taste. It gives you the feeling of listening to the most exciting orchestral bolero 🎶.

The first drink I had last night. Ishii Shuzo's Sake Sake 🍶✨I thought it was a sweet sake that would sink in when I was tired, but it was made by Kijoshuzukuri. It makes me miss tasting it a little more at the end of a glass 😊.

Natsuda Fuyukura with Kimuraya's Iburi Gakko cheese. The aroma is inviting, like candy, yet fragile, the starry night sky, the flavor is understated but still present and stimulating 😋🍶, and the iburigakko is delicious and chewy 😋✨. Two people, looking at the night sky, shoulder to shoulder... you know what I'm talking about? Can you understand it?

A drink at Hanasaku-san, a staple of waiting for the bus 😋. Eiko-Fuji-Fuji GRAVITY, I have recently become completely captivated by the gravity of this wine. Eikoufuji GRAVITY😋I had one before it was sold out at Hanasaku. The sweetness spreads in your mouth as it is, but then the hidden flavor comes up to the surface 🍶✨. It makes me want to drink this while watching the earth and the moon being pulled by the earth 🐰

Kubota Manju 🍶✨has been sitting quietly on the shelf for a few years, so maybe it has aged a bit? The aroma of the first sip has a strong flavor, and then the aroma leaves the nose.
