I had a chance to enjoy Kame no O, which I had hoped to have someday ☺️. The Junmai Ginjo has a stimulating mouthfeel and a refined alcohol taste that goes into the nose. The 3 year old sake is even more silky, mellow, and clear, and I can't stop drinking it. The three-year aging process is even more silky, mellow, and clear, and you can't stop drinking it.

It's high alcohol content, which is normal for people in Kashiwazaki!" It's normal for people in Kashiwazaki. Hime-no-i Hara-sake was recommended to me. However, this one was so rich in flavor, yet dry and delicious! It is delicious 🥰🍶✨ and it also envelopes the richness of the horse sashimi and condiments!

It's been about a month since I've had a drink at Hanasaku. Shikishima 🍶✨, which has been revived over the past few years, has a sweet aroma and a complex flavor that spreads in the mouth. I see, this is a lineage that should not be discontinued, I thought as I faced it and drank it.

Although I call myself a Wakanami fan, this is actually the first time I have tasted this honjozo. It is soft to the taste, aromatic, complex and sweet. If Junmai Ginjo Wakanami is a beach, I like the taste of this one that slowly drifts between the waves 🍶✨☺️at "Okonomiyaki Shimizu" in Osaka, Japan.

The last of the many drinks I've had at Marutama, which I've managed to visit on my recent business trips to Tokyo, was a fish in the shade of a tree. It is a light, low-alcohol drink with a sweetness like fruit juice that is intoxicating 🍶✨😋.

This year's FY2 has finally been opened 😊They have a refreshing acidity that numbs the tongue as the umami slowly spreads and recedes. This year, the effect of the Yamadanishiki may be the umami that takes you one step further, but the aftertaste is strangely more refreshing 🍶✨Like the waves on the beach in summer that recede to touch your feet or not 🏖.

Last night's drink. Refreshing to the taste buds, with the umami spreading slowly over the tongue. Sapporo is slowly getting warmer, so it's nice. I want to drink it under the eaves of a house with wind chimes in summer 🍶🎆. Hanasaku-san seems to have recently learned how to make set menus with snacks, so I'd like to pair it with that as well 😋.

Here are some photos of sakes from a recent business trip to Tokyo. The restaurant was so busy that I gulped down each bottle without taking time to write down my impressions of each one. I hope I can go back next time, as the impressive, drinkable flavor of the Yamasan Masamune No. 9 yeast🍶😋 remains strongly in my memory.

I was able to get it again this year, Black Dragonfly🍶✨ by Wakanami Shuzo. It has a sweet aroma, and the umami slowly disappears with a lingering taste that climbs up the belly of the tongue and changes from mouthfeel 😋😋 delicious!

It's been a while since I've had a drink at Hanasaku 🍶✨Miyoshikiku's Aizan. It has a sweetness like fruit juice, and a fresh sharpness that really makes you feel like a peach 🍑😋 The label looks like something I've seen somewhere... yet I've never seen it before, it's interesting and cute ☺️.

Abe Shuzo FOMALHAUT, which I got on a business trip to Kashiwazaki in March: freshly opened, fresh acidity on the palate, and then a full-bodied sweetness reminiscent of grapes 😋🍇I had high expectations when I heard it was made from noble sake, but I was able to enjoy a sweet moment that exceeded my expectations! Sake 🍶✨
