It's been a while since I've had sake. So, our family staple Naruto Tai LED, which seems to be the sake of choice for JAL domestic flights served at Osaka International Airport. It's good sake, after all! Fruity and easy to drink, it has none of the sharpness that is typical of sake, and has little aftertaste. I think it will be loved by many people.

Purchased on a trip. First time in Hokkaido. Made from Natsubosi. The sake has a refreshing taste, followed by a bitter taste that is typical of Japanese sake. It gives the feeling of having had a drink. There are vast rice fields of Yamadanishiki. However, the image of sake in Hokkaido is not so large.

A bottle given to me by a staff member at work for Valentine's Day. Maybe HINEMOS is the brand name? The label is very stylish and looks like a wine. As is typical for Valentine's Day, the sweetness at first fades away and the taste is refreshing. It is an interesting concept of changing the flavor every time you drink it. I'd like to try a variety of them!

The first bottle in 2025. Houou Mita, near my wife's parents' house, which I had always wanted to drink. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami! I can see why this is popular. The label was designed with foreign countries in mind!
