Winter has finally come to our house. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice spunky sound, and in the mouth it is sweet and sour with a silky, clean image, with a touch of gas and delicious taste.
It has a fresh aroma like white grapes typical of "Amego no Tsuki," a clear, fresh sweetness, and a refreshing acidity that are in perfect harmony. The lingering finish was also very clear and delicious, just as the description says, with a refined and elegant daiginjo finish.
It is a delicious sake with a good balance of fragrance and sweetness, softness and freshness that is typical of new sake 🍶It has reached 30 prefectures. I think I've been drinking a lot, but I still have a long way to go😅.
It's quite sweet and fruity with a mild bitterness to finish it off (am I right?). I thought it would be harsh because it's from southern Kyushu, but it's a very gentle sake🍶I might get addicted to it😅.
Melon🍈 aroma and fresh, sweet and delicious😋When you look closely you can see a light nigori🤍 300ml in the rush of new sake is great for the wallet and the fridge
Snoclet delicious again this year 😋I drank it for the first time 😋 I've been waiting for this season, it was fresh and quite gassy as expected 🫧I was in a hurry to open it halfway even though I was careful to open the bottle ⚠️ 😅
It has a good balance of rice flavor and acidity and is very tasty with a petit gas feeling 😋 It was a keeper, but I bought too much sake and opened the bottle to save refrigerated space 😭.
It's a different kind of chrysanthemum 🌊 and it's still delicious. After opening the bottle, there was a pukpuk🫧 that had accumulated in the stopper through the gas vent hole.
The snowman that came to our house ⛄️ was not bad at all, despite the fact that I was quite careful when I opened the bottle. But when I poured it into a glass, I found it to be quite a bit schwarzier than I expected. It's refreshing, light, easy to drink, and delicious 😋.
