It has a different taste from Mimuro and Kaze no Mori, and is a different Bodai-moto, with an Omachi-like flavor, deliciously smooth and fresh, with the freshness and sweetness of new sake.

The last post of the year is a snowman at Christmas camp⛄️The first bottle this year was quiet, probably because I opened it right away, but this time I was a little impressed because I drove the bottle a week after it arrived, so when I opened it, it was in snowy city conditions🥺It is still delicious❤️
Winter has finally come to our house. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice spunky sound, and in the mouth it is sweet and sour with a silky, clean image, with a touch of gas and delicious taste.
It has a fresh aroma like white grapes typical of "Amego no Tsuki," a clear, fresh sweetness, and a refreshing acidity that are in perfect harmony. The lingering finish was also very clear and delicious, just as the description says, with a refined and elegant daiginjo finish.
It is a delicious sake with a good balance of fragrance and sweetness, softness and freshness that is typical of new sake 🍶It has reached 30 prefectures. I think I've been drinking a lot, but I still have a long way to go😅.
It's quite sweet and fruity with a mild bitterness to finish it off (am I right?). I thought it would be harsh because it's from southern Kyushu, but it's a very gentle sake🍶I might get addicted to it😅.
