We also visited Hinomaru Brewery and bought a magnet gumbo, and since we won the Kachiwari label, we were happy to be able to buy sake afterwards! I was glad I won the Kachiwari sake label so I could buy it later! Kachiwari and Ice Breaker are the two most summery sake!

I went to the brewery and bought one of the products. The building was historical and the garden was beautiful. It is fun to visit a place where a historic brewery has opened a direct sales shop.

Captured successfully again this year. The label has changed to a print, so this bottle is a new save. It seems like there is a gold beetle this year...which is frustrating because I can't capture that one.

Suisei Restaurant We visited here for the first anniversary, and started with this rare sake release. The red label is a rare sansho. The attention to detail of the sake rice is amazing.

The label is so nice that I can't take a good picture of it, but I washed it and put it on display. Of course, it's good sake from the Garakudai brewery. It is ranked low in Niigata, but I personally rank it at the top along with Murayu!

You have to go to the Doi Sake Shop in Asahikawa to buy it, or you can only buy it by mail order, so when I go to Asahikawa, I usually go to Nabeshima.
