The amount of information on the label is too much for me to process, but I feel that it is very particular. However, the letters are small and the label is shiny, making it hard to read...I think you have to be in plain sight to read it.
People seem to revere Senkori, Jigokan, and Hirotogawa as the three best nigori sakes, but Tenbi is definitely better. Including the effort it takes to get it.
