I had no idea that Haneya-san uses sake rice from Hokkaido! I never imagined that Haneya would use Hokkaido rice for their sake! I wonder if Hokkaido has bad water or bad brewers... I hope they learn a lot by drinking this.
I forgot to post this, so I hope to be able to follow the 12 years of the project starting this year. I wonder if there are 12 different types of rice, such as Omachi, which is divided by region? Well, I hope I can live 12 years and check.

The last one is here, not bound by pink... I don't drink a lot of Akabu, so I thought I'd try it once in a while since I have Yumachi.

The third glass is this one, since I was told that I was bound to be pink today. There are many gorgeous labels in spring, so you can enjoy it with your eyes as well 🌸.

The second cup is Akabu, and since Aizan is my favorite sake rice, I always have it, no matter what brand it is. The rokuni rice is also delicious.
The green apple Pom Pom that I fell in love with last year is here again this year. It's light, sweet and sour, and as delicious as ever. Our Sekoma's side dishes are also perfect for snacks. It's like a white wine that goes well with cheese and duck 🍏.

The last cup at Sobaya is here. Kuroryu generally has a melon-like aroma and flavor, and the unique feeling is different from other Japanese sake! It's a Kuroryu! I like the fact that it is easily recognizable.

The service of choosing the sake to match the soba while enjoying the 10% buckwheat noodles was a nice touch, and although it was my first time at this restaurant, I am determined to return!

It's called Soba-mae at Soba-ya, 3 snacks and 90ml of Sake for 1500 yen easily! I was surprised to see the Oroku and felt like I got more than I bargained for 😂.
I've been buying zodiac labels every year, saving them until the release of FF7, not Bahamut.
It's a blissful time, drinking good sake and playing my favorite games.

Loman drink comparison, this is Shimofuri.
Just the fact that it's "kira-rabe-ru" makes my heart beat a little. Does it remind you of Bikkurimanshiru? If it's Kirabel Roman, I like Hanami Romance better.
