The label is Kira, which is a little less sake-like. Miyamanishiki is green ✨. I'm lucky to be able to buy it because the liquor stores I go to buy it from tend to run out rather quickly. I basically like all Nagano sake, the water must be good for my body 😌. It's a good sake with a little light alcohol content (13%) and a good acidity. It's light, so it's easy to drink.

I wanted to drink hot sake, so I bought this one, which was recommended for heating sake. I bought this one, which was recommended by Cup Noodles, a new heat-resistant glass for cup noodles that can be easily heated in the microwave. I'm sure it will come in handy in the coming months.

Saheiji Nidaime My companion had a little bit of this sake to finish off the meal. I know where you can still buy Shinmasa, but it may not be possible to drink Jyushidai and Shinmasa on the same day any more. However, the best sake we drank that day was Azakura.

Saheiji 2nd Generation I asked the master for a sweet sake with a secret taste, and this was the first sake that came out. It was delicious, as it was recommended. Perhaps it is the sake that is the sweetest without any impurities? I would not recommend the kijoshu sake, though.

Saheiji Nidaime I never thought I could drink "Hiran" at an izakaya. I was able to buy 2022, but I had never seen 2023 on sale.... I was able to buy 2022, but I had never seen 2023 on sale... Thanks for the encounter, and the taste is top of the line.

Saheiji II Azakura may be my first time at an izakaya, but I've been to the sake brewery and bought some sake cups with my name on them, so it's my favorite! I have also never had Misato Nishiki sake before, but it is fruity and very good.

Ippaku Suisei, it was Ohatsu. I have not yet grasped the characteristics of this sake, so I will study it from now on.
