Captured successfully again this year.
The label has changed to a print, so this bottle is a new save.
It seems like there is a gold beetle this year...which is frustrating because I can't capture that one.

We visited here for the first anniversary, and started with this rare sake release. The red label is a rare sansho. The attention to detail of the sake rice is amazing.
The label is so nice that I can't take a good picture of it, but I washed it and put it on display. Of course, it's good sake from the Garakudai brewery. It is ranked low in Niigata, but I personally rank it at the top along with Murayu!
You have to go to the Doi Sake Shop in Asahikawa to buy it, or you can only buy it by mail order, so when I go to Asahikawa, I usually go to Nabeshima.
I had no idea that Haneya-san uses sake rice from Hokkaido! I never imagined that Haneya would use Hokkaido rice for their sake! I wonder if Hokkaido has bad water or bad brewers... I hope they learn a lot by drinking this.
I forgot to post this, so I hope to be able to follow the 12 years of the project starting this year. I wonder if there are 12 different types of rice, such as Omachi, which is divided by region? Well, I hope I can live 12 years and check.

The last one is here, not bound by pink... I don't drink a lot of Akabu, so I thought I'd try it once in a while since I have Yumachi.

The third glass is this one, since I was told that I was bound to be pink today. There are many gorgeous labels in spring, so you can enjoy it with your eyes as well 🌸.

The second cup is Akabu, and since Aizan is my favorite sake rice, I always have it, no matter what brand it is. The rokuni rice is also delicious.
