Rice polishing: 55 Alcohol: 15%. HONMARU is always drunk whenever it is encountered! ◎ I end up drinking it at a pretty good pace... But every time I drink it, I get a special taste of something extraordinary 🍶. I love it 🍶! I love it 🍶!

Junmai Daiginjo Sake rice: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing: 45 Alcohol: 16%. Dining at a Michelin-listed Japanese restaurant, which is not easy to find: 🍽️ The brands lined up are all from the high-end line... First up was a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuheiji, delicious! Delicious! Both the aroma and flavor are not too strong and easy to drink 🍶.

Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Sake rice: Ishikawa Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing: 60 Alcohol: 17%. I wanted to try this sake brewed by the god of sake, Touji Noriguchi! The aroma is mainly rice aroma, and it has a robust flavor with a slightly high alcohol content and a heavy mouthfeel but a clean finish. It is very drinkable! Good sake is the best word to describe it!

Tokusenmai Rice polishing: 55 Alcohol: 15%. I had encountered it before, but I suddenly wanted to try it again 🍶 after reading an article about the master brewer in Seiko Yamauchi's book "Kura wo Tsugu" 📕! It is the embodiment of the Touji's wishes: gentle and not flashy, but clean and clean, with a good sweetness and a moderate aroma (middle). It is a good sake that can be paired with a variety of dishes👍.

Junmai Ginjo Sake rice: 100% Kitsushizuku Rice polishing: 55 Alcohol: 15%. On the second day of a business trip to Sapporo, after a light drink at a corner bar, we had a drink at the hotel. I bought this Kokushi Musou at a convenience store. It does not have the freshness of a nama-shu, but it is clean and has a slight ginjo aroma. It has a sweetness and a good draining taste.

Junmai Namaisake Rice polishing: 60 Alcohol: 13%. The first day of a business trip to Sapporo. There was almost no sake available at the restaurant where I went for a drink, so I bought a small bottle at a convenience store on the way home and drank it at the hotel for the evening. I wasn't expecting so much from a sake that is stored at room temperature, but it was easy to drink, with a good draining effect and a low alcohol content that matched very well. It is quite good.

It should be more popular because it is an easy to appreciate taste. I tasted it while thinking... It has a strong flavor, so I can drink it without snacks 🍶.
