Denshu純米大吟醸 四割五分 山田錦
massa
Since I was attacked by a customer in Aomori on a business trip, I have been conscious of the fact that I could not afford to buy Tasake at the liquor store, even though it was a little expensive.
I didn't go anywhere on this three-day weekend, thinking about the horse races starting next weekend, but I relaxed while working in the field after walking my 🐕. I harvested the peanuts that were just ripe when the leaves were withering. They produced a lot of peanuts this year, too, and we boiled them right away.
I love rice wine after eating peanuts.
The peanuts were good, but the sake was amazing. The melon-like aroma was amazing. It has no spines, and the sweetness comes through and is very refreshing. It is not too strong, but it is very sharp.
It's a little expensive, but it's one I want to drink.
