I bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori, which is hard to find at liquor stores, even though there are many on the shelves. It is slightly carbonated and has a strong flavor. Rich sweetness. A little sourness. The rest is something hard to explain. Something that doesn't suit me... Is that why I can't get it?

Glasses sake made by a brewer who wears glasses. I meditate on one eye to test my eyesight 😅. I have glasses too 👓 so I had to drink it anyway. It's refreshing and tasty with an apple-like sourness.

Beautiful starry sky and cool label, but the recent heat is unbearable 😅. It's dry, a little sour and crispy. I was at a party and it was the perfect food wine to go with the meal.

Orygalami is delicious during the summer time. Slightly carbonated and a little chili. Sweet and tasty. The bitterness tightens it up. It's not low in alcohol content, but you can drink it like a Ramune.

Hirotogawa is brewed with Yamadanishiki, which is now finished. I had put it away for safekeeping, but I drank it. I hope it will not be the last year and will be revived. It has a sweet melon-like aroma with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It has a crisp and refreshing finish.

It smells like wine, and when I drank it, imagining it to be highly acidic, I found it to be "sweet" and easy to drink at a low alcohol content of 13 degrees.

I had bought the No. 6 glassware with the intention of enjoying it alone, and I had also bought a Kimura glass piccolo to get everything ready for the event. I brought it to my favorite restaurant to celebrate their 7th anniversary. It's been a while since I've had X type, but overall it was refreshing and crisp. It's delicious without any complaints.

It is my favorite sake. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy the raw sake, but I was looking forward to this year's Abeno Jundai. It has a peachy aroma and a smooth sweetness. It is so good that I want to drink it every day. It is a bit expensive, but I recommend it.

Fukushima has regained the number one position in Japan. I was personally disappointed that Akebono sake brewery was not included in the list. I opened a bottle of Sharaku because summer sake has been coming out. I drank only the supernatant before mixing it and found it to be "melon🍈" with a nice aroma and yes, it's good. When mixed with lees, it has a bitter aftertaste and is delicious.

Someone was on a business trip from Aichi, so I invited him out for a drink. He said, "I'll just go to a popular izakaya where beer is 190 yen (laughs). I thought chemical drinks were bad, so I looked at the sake list and found one type of sake. It was a stable Daishichi Dry Sake 😆 It was spicy and tasty and good enough to be served with greasy skewers. It was delicious even when drunk cold.

First rainfall. The stools are beautiful with a crackling polygonal shape. I wouldn't say apple, but sweet and sour. The sweetness continues after drinking. It is easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol.

Citrusy, nice aroma. Beautiful sake, light with a grape-like sweetness. A little tangy. Spicy chicken was served as a side dish, and when I ate it, I couldn't taste the sake at all.

Junmai Ginjo made from 50% polished rice of Fukushima Prefecture's Yume-no-Ko (Dream Fragrance), a seasonal product of Ikusui Soma. Fruity with a fresh peachy aroma. It has a fresh peachy aroma with a slight gassy feeling. Slight acidity and astringency.
