Since I was attacked by a customer in Aomori on a business trip, I have been conscious of the fact that I could not afford to buy Tasake at the liquor store, even though it was a little expensive. I didn't go anywhere on this three-day weekend, thinking about the horse races starting next weekend, but I relaxed while working in the field after walking my 🐕. I harvested the peanuts that were just ripe when the leaves were withering. They produced a lot of peanuts this year, too, and we boiled them right away. I love rice wine after eating peanuts. The peanuts were good, but the sake was amazing. The melon-like aroma was amazing. It has no spines, and the sweetness comes through and is very refreshing. It is not too strong, but it is very sharp. It's a little expensive, but it's one I want to drink. It's a little expensive, but I want to drink it.

Tenmei Zero was lifted at 14:00 on Nov. 2. When I went to the liquor store to buy it, they said, 'It's right on time!' (laughs) Fresh taste. Sweetness and a little strong acidity. I love this acidity! The fruity aroma like Greffles is also very nice. I'll say it again, super fresh and juicy sake 😆. Best new sake ‼️

I brought in the seven farms I was able to buy at the right time, even though they are a bit expensive, and we all toasted 🍺. I asked the staff to bring out wine glasses 🥂 and poured them. It's a little bubbly. I wouldn't call it champagne, but the bubbles are quite strong. I've had a lot of wines from various regions, but this one was the sweetest without bitterness. It doesn't go well with food, but you have to try it at least once.

Not shochu Daigoro, but Daijiro. I've never had it before, so I tried it. I looked at the back and found it was an aged sake. The front label also said "as time goesby". I thought I might not like matured shochu, but it was surprisingly refreshing, not too strong, and tasted good with acidity. It was even better when I drank it with some salted yellowtail tataki. The owner said he tends to stock interesting sake that has a strong peculiarity...

Like the label on the mushroom 🍄‍🟫, I thought it would taste like that because it has the name porcini in it, but it didn't smell like mushrooms at all 😆. I thought it might be slightly yellowish and peculiar, but it wasn't like that, it was dry and tasty.

I asked him, "I'm going on a trip to Kanazawa, what do you want as a souvenir? I asked him what he would like to buy for his trip to Kanazawa, and he was nice enough to ask me what I would like to buy. It reminds me of the kinako sticks you get at a candy store, but with a much more sophisticated kinako ball. I had tried it before and fell in love with it, so I decided to repeat it (laugh). I was also offered a cup of sake with the "Hyakuman-san" label. I thought it had been a while since I had had a cup of sake, but I got a dried nodoguro fish along with the sake. This made me the happiest 😆. I immediately grilled the dried fish and drank the sake. Fat, sake, pshoo! The sake was dry, but the sweetness of the rice made the fat go down easy and it was a great sake.

I drank it before I took the picture 😆. It's a special junmai that is usually hi-ire (hi-ire), but this is the 10th anniversary of its release, and it was released as orikarami. New sake is good after all. It has a freshness that is typical of nama-zake. It has a subtle chirichiri-feeling, which may or may not be fizzy. It is a little light at 14 degrees Celsius. It has a sweetness, but when you swallow it, it has a bitter and dry aftertaste. New sake will be released more and more from now on. Akebono Shuzo's "Tenmei" is my favorite Japanese sake‼️, so I can't wait for the newest one...

This year, I bought a bottle of Yajima Sake Betsuatsurai Nigori to compare. The first day, both were very alcoholic and hard to drink for me. First time, Fukkai. I bought it for myself but gave it as a gift to the owner of a pub whose birthday was coming up. I gave it to him as a gift, but I asked him to let me have a sip of it 😅. It has a unique sourness and carbonation that you can feel or not feel. Delicious.

Beautiful autumnal label with beautiful autumn leaves and ginkgo biloba. It smells like apples, and has a nice sweetness and acidity that is typical of Tenmei. I like it! I love Tenmei!

Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with Yume-no-Kou. Aromatic and refreshing with a hint of rice flavor. I drank it cold in a glass, but I would like to warm it up and drink it with a tokkuri (Japanese sake bottle) and an inokuchi (small cup).

Another month or more without posting... The sake I haven't posted has been accumulating. July was my birthday month, and I was talking with a junior at work about how I wanted a makuake opener but it was too expensive, and the conversation ended right there, but near my birthday he suddenly brought an opener and said 'please use it'. I'm so thankful that I can easily open the thick stopper of purple space that I was having a hard time with 😄. The aroma is definitely a pineapple🍍 feel. Sweet and bitter, slightly carbonated. The bitterness is strongly felt. This is my favorite.

Nice aroma like grapes. It's good, isn't it? It doesn't come with a lot of guts, but it's a little chili and sweet. The sweet and sourness is indescribable and a little bitter. 　They should make a lot of it instead of small batches.
