Isshoseishun特別純米 新酒 おりがらみ 本生
massa
I drank it before I took the picture 😆.
It's a special junmai that is usually hi-ire (hi-ire), but this is the 10th anniversary of its release, and it was released as orikarami.
New sake is good after all.
It has a freshness that is typical of nama-zake.
It has a subtle chirichiri-feeling, which may or may not be fizzy.
It is a little light at 14 degrees Celsius.
It has a sweetness, but when you swallow it, it has a bitter and dry aftertaste.
New sake will be released more and more from now on.
Akebono Shuzo's "Tenmei" is my favorite Japanese sake‼️, so I can't wait for the newest one...
