Seigo
I happened to get a bottle of New Sakurabana Nama Sake🌸.
I opened the bottle.
The bottle has a malted rice aroma.
When poured, it is slightly carbonated.
In the mouth it has a sourness like strawberries, sweetness from the rice malt, a slight wild woody aroma and bitterness, and an elegant sweetness that lingers on the tongue.
When it is cold, the acidity is noticeable, but when it warms up a little, the sweetness and umami opens up and it is again delicious.
I think it is similar to the Sansudo I drank the other day, but this one seems more refined and elegant. Also, is the koji taste a little stronger?
In any case, it is delicious.
I don't know when I will encounter it again.
On the third day, it looks like the last of the strawberry milk I made by mashing it with a spoon myself 🍓🥛.
