It's hot 🫠 even though we've passed the Obon holiday.
This past week I have been working and doing all the household chores as my mom is on an overseas expedition with the youngest one ❗️I can do it if I do it ‼️It's not my first time so I'm getting used to it😊.
Well, I ran out of Sogape-san, which I had been using as a food wine, so I opened a bottle of this one as a reward for myself 🎁.
It's refreshing and deep. It has the freshness and sweetness of micro-gas, but also the acidity and bitterness of a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method of "nama-hashiroshi" (traditional sake brewing method). Various elements are combined into one, yet elegant. It's delicious and deeply soaked in water 😋‼️
I'm back and ready to go again 💪😤💪😤😤.
