As expected, I couldn't read the brewer's name, Nabedana (鍋店)😅 without asking the store owner. The 15th kind of sake at Yokohama Sake Fest! The 14th kind of Yokohama Sake Festival Compared to the one before it, Haruyingtsuyu, it is made from the same Yamadanishiki produced in Yamanashi Prefecture, but it is a slightly dry sake with a nice aroma and a mellow taste 😘😋. Junmai-shu: Cat and Fireworks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unpasteurized, fire-brewed, rice polishing ratio 70%. ALC 13%, Sake degree +4 The fifth sake of Yokohama Sake Festival. The back of the label has fireworks on it, and when you shine a light on it from the back, you can see the fireworks through the surface 😘. Summer sake! It has a strong fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you feel a shwashy, piquant stimulation on your tongue. It is a slightly sweet sake that reminds one of green apples, although it also has a slight bitterness 😋. Tanzawa in Kanagawa Prefecture. The aroma is fruity, and the moment it hits the palate, it has a carbonation that is typical of nama sake. It is a delicious sake with a fairly crisp and slightly sweet taste. Junmai-shu Mochi 4-stage brewing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15 Sake degree +2 Two friends and I went to the "Yokohama Sake Square 2025" held at the Yokohama Red Brick Event Plaza on 7/12/13. We got 12 coins for food and drink, a boar cup, and FM Yokohama's 40th anniversary kinen masu. Most of the sake cups cost 2-3 coins, and you get 40-50 cc poured into the cup. 22 breweries opened their stores. I wonder how many extra coins I will have to buy 😅 so let's get started 🥰. We decided to have one type of sake at a time, starting with the Kanagawa Prefecture breweries 🤗. This sake was a bit mellow and a bit dry, but it was quite a strong drink. Tsukisuzumi Junmai Ginjyo Genshu_⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Akita Sake Komachi, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC50%. Suzuki Shuzo Brewery was the brewer of Shuyoshi 😃. Today 7/12, I dropped by to have lunch and check out the sake that will be arriving in July before going to the "Yokohama SAKE Fest 2025" to be held at Yokohama Red Brick Event Hall in the evening. Then I found a sake that I had never encountered before 😅I had to have it 🥰. The owner of Miyagawa! I'm looking forward to my monthly lunchtime more and more 🤗. I think it is a slightly dry and crisp sake with a subtle fruity aroma and a strong rice flavor on the palate 😊. Lunch was delicious as well. The aroma is almost imperceptible. When you put it in your mouth, for some reason, even though it's not a draft sake, there is a tingling sensation on your tongue. When we looked at the label from the back, we could see the goldfish on the back of the label through the contents. Furthermore, when I held my hand over the label from the front and made a shadow, I could see the goldfish on the surface of the label as well. This is a very fun label 🤗. Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃It was by chance that I was able to confirm that the label was visible from the front side. I could see it from the back side, so when I turned the label around to take a picture of the label on the front side, I noticed that the goldfish was visible on the surface behind my hand 🤗.
