Junmai Ginjo SHUWACCHI Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%. Active Nama-zake SHUWACCHI! I thought to myself, "Is this an Ultraman sake...? Ori is settling at the bottom, so I opened the bottle first, took the pressure off, corked it again, and gently stirred the ori before pouring it into a glass 🥰. The ori is bigger and more solid than I expected 😅. On the palate, I think it's a sweet sake with a slight tingling carbonation characteristic of nama-shu, followed by a mild sweetness 😋. After purchasing it, I had divided it into 2 four-pack bottles and 2 two-pack bottles and kept them in the fridge, so I had the top clear in different bottles, leaving the ori at the bottom 😃In the mouth, the mellowness of the ori faded and the taste became more tingling, which is characteristic of nama sake 😋. The tingling sensation gradually disappeared as I poured it into a glass and let it sit for a while 😱. I recommend tasting the top clear and the top clear twice as soon as possible 🥰.
