ましらのやまさんJunmai-shu 14° ALC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The shopkeeper recommended this sake, saying, "This sake is interesting and delicious..." The shopkeeper explained that it was a prototype Junmai-shu made by Yano Shuzo.
According to the store owner's explanation, it is a prototype Junmai-shu made by Yano Shuzo, and salt is added to the brewing water.
The label was cute, so I bought it😅.
The aroma is only faintly perceptible.
It has a slight amber color.
It has a sour taste in the mouth and a little bit of saltiness really.
It is low in alcohol, so it tastes a bit like a dry white wine. I thought it was a sake that would go well with white fish dishes, pasta, cream cheese & crackers, etc. as a snack, chilled well and poured into a wine glass.

Chigasaki Hoshido: 20250520 purchased & opened ましらのやまさんJunmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Comet 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15
The blue-purple label is beautiful.
It has a carbonation characteristic of nama-shu, but since it is 15 degrees Celsius even for nama-shu, it has a mild mouthfeel and a slightly sweet taste with a hint of sourness after being in the mouth for a while.

I couldn't help but purchase this sake because of its refreshing label.
It has a refreshing and moderate aroma, a slightly sweet taste on the palate, and a low alcohol content that goes down the throat, making it a summer sake with a sharp taste.
Chigasaki Hoshido: 20250501 purchased & 0502 opened ましらのやまさんYamahai Nama Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
Yano Shuzo is the brewer of "Take-no-en" 🤗.
From the label, we can only tell that it is a Yamahai and a Nama-zake, but the ori (ori) is settling at the bottom, so it must be a Junmai, Yamahai, light nigori (nigori) Nama-zake....
The owner of the sake store, Hoshido, said, "Be careful when you open the bottle. The cork may fly out. Also, the sake may fizz and overflow soon after opening..." The owner of Sake Shop Hoshidoh told us to be careful when opening the bottle.
After opening the bottle, it still fizzes and a little bit of it overflowed from my mouth😅.
The aroma is a little sweet and citrusy 😄.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fizzy feeling, a sourness that tingles on your tongue, and a slight bitterness. I think it is a sake that you can also feel a refreshing sharpness.

The aroma is not very pleasant, but when you put it in your mouth, a gorgeous, light, fruity aroma escapes into your nose.
After a slight sourness and bitterness in the mouth, the delicious rice flavor spreads, making this sake so delicious that it is comparable to Junmai Ginjo....

First, it was served cold. It is amber in color with a bitter taste in the mouth, and has a strong old sake-like aroma and wild flavor.
Next, warm it up. The rice flavor comes out and mellows out a bit, but the wild flavor is still there 😋.

Since we had been purchasing items from our trip to Yamagata, we decided to have a local sake from Kanagawa Prefecture to change things up a bit😅.
The sake is dry on the palate with a good balance of acidity and bitterness, with a nice sharpness and rice flavor 😋.
The label design is "Fugaku Sanjurokkei Kanagawaoki Namiura" by Katsushika Hokusai, which is the same as the design on the new 1,000 yen bill 🤗.
